The Perfect Location!

We had the best time at this home. Perfect location, very clean, absolutely beautiful back yard space and pool. Walking distance to the track, to downtown and many restaurants. Tim was the perfect host responding immediately to my texts and questions. Would love to stay here again

Check in was very smooth. Tim was an excellent host. The home was immaculate and had all you could need to cook at home if you so wish. Close to track. Close to town. It was perfect for our family. I already miss the pool. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful, well maintained and cozy. It even had incidentals in the bathroom and the everything provided (towels, etc) were fresh and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean as well. The pool area was wonderful and inviting. The host was accessible and attentive and actually came to clean up the yard after a heavy rain storm. My friends and I had a wonderful, comfortable stay. We enjoyed the property and all that Saratoga has to offer!

We were in Saratoga for a wedding during Belmont. Tim was friendly and communicative from the start. He was flexible with check in and made sure we had everything we needed, The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool. It’s close to downtown but on a quiet side street with little through traffic. There are a lot of great reviews about Tim and this property, they are all true! Highly recommend!

The location is perfect - close to town and the racetrack. Outdoor spaces are great! We spent most of our evenings and mornings in the backyard by the pool.

We had such an amazing week in Saratoga! This property is more than advertised - had everything we needed and more. Location is perfect! Home is immaculate. This was a great house for our multi-generation family of 8. The track and the beautiful town of Saratoga Springs are in walking distance. The home has a beautiful backyard with a huge pool and plenty of outdoor seating. The house is well stocked and is very well kept. Tim was a great host!

The 6 of us who stayed at this house enjoyed every minute of it from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!
