This place was perfect for us attending a wedding nearby . The place was spotless, enough clean towels , water in fridge , cookies, coffee pods , Ketchup and condiment pkgs in the fridge.A very thoughtful host, thought of everything.Whilst booking i had a few questions and Britney answered them in a timely manner.Loved our stay . Would go back again if in the area in a heartbeat

We didn’t anticipate being in a basement apartment. We thought VRBO meant you didn’t share the property with anyone else. The property listing also says 2 double beds in each room but there is only 1. There was a miscommunication on check in and we arrived while the cleaner was there. The cleaner was extremely flexible and allowed us to nap our daughter while she finished cleaning. We planned to make breakfast at the VRBO, but there was no frying pan and only one sheet pan. We made due with the pots available but would have been nice to have more items.We also had kids, so there were naturally some water spills but only one dishtowel. The towels and beds were comfortable; thank you. Things that would be helpful in the kitchen:- 2 Frying Pans- another sheet pan- 3-4 dish towels - washcloths- 2 oven mitts - a larger table that seats the number of guests that the Vrbo can hold- a pull out couch, so that if it is in couch mode it is comfortable

Very clean and tidy. Description not accurate, it says 2 queen beds in each room but there was only 1. Host responded to my questions in a timely manner. I had stated there were 3 guests arriving but we had to ask for more towels, which came fairly quickly. Table is slightly broken but still workable. Futon not comfortable and I had to search for a blanket, no extra sheets for it. Coffee pods were a nice touch although the complementary refreshments consisted of a cream soda, bottle of water and a jar of mustard?? All in all it was sufficient for our two night stay.
