The trip was just okay. It’s an absolutely beautiful home full of either cheap or old stuff. The beds were terrible and pillows are worse. Most of the furniture is worn out. My wife and I moved from the master suite to the couch to the upstairs bedroom and finally had to sleep apart to be able to get some rest. I can’t stress enough to people running VRBO’s and even hotels if you’re going to spend money on anything make it mattress‘s and pillows so the people staying there can get proper rest. That’s why we’re there.

Unfortunately the AC was broken during our stay. Leading to fairly hot evenings. Otherwise it was great! Awesome location and had everything we needed! Would recommend staying here!

This is an excellent upscale vacation rental. The view is outstanding. The amenities are well thought out and the fixtures are all top notch. You get what you pay for!

What a gem. Waking up each morning and looking out to the ski resort was breath taking. It was more house than we needed but we relished the extra space, and took advantage of our rusty ping pong skills. Whoever gets the master will enjoy a spa-like shower that hits you every which way from Sunday. Really cool place, wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend, and I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a luxury stay with excellent views. The house had everything we needed. We walked into town most night for dinner, wasnt too far at all. Thanks for a great experience.

The Perch is beautiful home, thoughtfully appointed with high quality furniture, appliances, and kitchen gadgets. Kids loved the table tennis, adults loved the spacious kitchen and living and dining areas. Easy access to downtown AND the ski hill. Thanks Claudia and Les!

First time in Fernie…absolutely Beautiful place… The Perch completely lived up to our expectations and the pics and descriptions were spot on!! Most definitely a place to stay while in Fernie….ummm, we’ll definitely be returning…!! ???

Stayed at this property for a week in late summer. Everything was as advertised. The deck was awesome. We used it every night for daily recaps and next day planning. There may have been adult beverages involved. The sky was crystal clear. We saw several shooting stars and numerous satellites. Close to town. Quiet. We would definitely recommend.

This property is lovely. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The wonderful west facing deck was, so unfortunately, without any shade so unusable much of the day. An umbrella or shade sail would have helped enormously as the views are brilliant. We did look hard for the blender butone one.

Awesome experience. Clean, updated, great water pressure, a quick walk to downtown Fernie. We will definitely stay here again when we come back and visit with our family- thank you so much for being a great host!

The property was great- beautiful place! The view from the balcony was amazing! Had a minor problem with the fridge but hosts were quick and ready to help us solve it. Would come back again.

Very nice house. Only issue was that AC wasn't keeping up with heat wave at the time so it was a little warm.
