Great place in a good position Everyone had a relaxing time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Peninsula is in an amazing location giving you the best of both worlds - beach & river views outside your doorstep. It offers plentiful space over 3 levels and is great for multiple couples or large families. You feel like you are home here. The property is beautifully presented and offers all the facilities you need during your stay. We loved our meals at the Chinese located in the Bowls Club and the local pub. Many local beaches to visit. 40 mins from Grafton. Highly recommend staying here.

Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location, the views were amazing and Stunning it was close to the ocean for swimming and walking, quiet and so peaceful, we loved the black cockatoos flying past every day, walking distance to the mouth of the river, where you can fish and swim in calmer waters, the ocean was amazing and the beach was beautiful. The property is dated and showing a wear and tear - for the price i must say we were a little disappointed but having said that maybe the price would be double if it was updated.... the spa bath that was listed was out of order and not able to be used - this was a draw card for kids but we could not use, lawn needed mowing and big dropped limb out of a tree on lawn upon arrival, , but mowed while we were there, garage could have done with a sweep, staples in the carpet. Locks hard to lock downstairs in garage to outdoor shower. There was no outdoor furniture on the top level for sitting and dining and enjoying the view - we had to shift the table and chairs up the stairs from the lower level and shift back before we left - listing stated 2 deck chairs but they were not there. awning on top level was rusted and not working but did not worry us. NO aircon but only missed it on the first day as it was pretty hot other days were cool and sea breeze was beautiful. we appreciate the supply of washing up detergent and laundry liquid, (would have liked more toilet paper and must say photos of all items in house listed in the welcome book incase of someone steeling was a bit of an overkill), Overall we were very happy and comfortable its a lovely house just needs a little love, but having said that it had everything we needed and could not fault the location it was just perfect, and the beds were very comfortable, lounge was comfortable, lovely big tv with wifi - great for the rainy days. I think it is a little overpriced for what it is to be honest... but it was a fantastic place to stay the views were amazing.

It's only steps away from the pristine sand and water.It really is a home away from home with everything needed supplied and clean ensuring a relaxing and comfortable holiday.We can't wait to go back again soon.
