Absolute beach front home in Wooli, NSW

The Spot at Wooli is a unique, absolute beachfront home with 70`s retro charm. Not only are you right on the beach, but the beautiful Wooli Wooli River (and the epic sand dunes!) are just steps away. With only one neighbour, it feels incredibly private, peaceful, and open.

The home is family-friendly, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a garage full of surfboards, kayaks, and fishing rods.

Inside, you’ll find all the relaxed comfort of a true beach shack, mixed withthe warmth and character of its original 70s style.

The Spot at Wooli is listed for up to 12 guests; however, the space is best suited to a maximum of 8 adults. There’s plenty of flexibility for families or mixed groups — for example, 8 adults and 4 kids, or 6 adults and 6 kids works comfortably. Anything above 8 adults simply won’t suit the layout or sleeping arrangements.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: King bed

Bedroom 4: Two x bunk beds and one double bed (sleeps up to 6 children, or 4 children and 2 adults comfortably)

Each bedroom includes ceiling fans, and the main lounge has air conditioning for extra comfort.

BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms (both in good working order) that retain their original, slightly dated charm — part of what makes The Spot so special. There’s also a separate toilet for convenience.

LIVING
The open-plan living area features a large, comfy lounge with ocean views, a smart TV (guests can log in to their own streaming accounts), and a record player for when you want to slow down and enjoy the coastal vibe.

The dining area includes a table for shared meals, with trestles available if you need extra space or want to take dinner outside and dine under the stars.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has all the essentials — a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine — but please note there’s no dishwasher.

LAUNDRY
You’ll have a combo washer–dryer (the dryer works but takes its time!) as well as a clothesline down the side for quick drying in the coastal breeze.

OUTDOORS
The backyard opens straight onto the beach and the river is only steps away. Next door is a vacant block of crown land with a shady tree that kids can use as a little park.

Please note: the property isn’t fenced and isn’t suitable for pets.
