We had a great time at the Pendleton! Kids had fun playing the arcade games! Great location near park. Would recommend if you are in the Eugene area.

PERFECT location for any events at the U of O, and it appears to be centrally located to other Eugene events. SAFE neighborhood. Fun to have a full size PacMan machine, our grandson topped the last top score so there's your challenge! AND several great restaurants within walking distance.

The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed and in a really convenient spot. That said, the place could use a good deep cleaning, and it would’ve been nice if all the trash cans had garbage bags. A few small improvements would make a big difference in the overall stay.

We had such a good experience here. Plenty of space, one bed and bath down, 3 beds, 2 baths up. Kitchen was well stocked and ready for us to cook. Super clean. GREAT communication with the owner - very accommodating. Our only regret was not staying longer and getting to take advantage of the outdoor space. Lovely neighborhood, too. Thank you for hosting us!

Our group of 4 stayed here for work at a local trade show. It was very clean and comfortable place to relax after very busy days.

Stayed with one family member to shop and reconnect. Perfect area to stay, close to what we needed. House is beautful and loved the fireplace.

The Pendleton was the perfect space for our family of 3 couples and one single adult. Mac was quick to respond to a phone call or text to answer any questions or offer help. The upstairs did remain warmer than the downstairs even with the AC on. We would recommend this house and would stay there again!

Worked well for us having 4 bedrooms. Nice location a bit away from downtown area, with lots of restaurants and stuff nearby.
