It was spacious enough for our group of 9, and we never felt cramped. The pool, while on the smaller side, was just right for relaxing and cooling off. The garage was stocked with pool and beach toys, which was super helpful and much appreciated.One major plus was the elevator — it made getting luggage up to the third floor so much easier and was a huge convenience for our group.A couple of things could’ve improved the experience: it would have been nice to have a water cooler or some complimentary coffee for guests, especially for that first morning. We had to scramble a bit and rely on DoorDash for the basics. Also, communication with the host was limited, and we were uncomfortable to find an Amazon camera on in the kitchen when we arrived.Still, we had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again. The home itself and the location made for a memorable and enjoyable trip.

We were not sure what to expect the home to be equipped with so we packed slightly heavy. To our suprise, the home had everything from beach carts, bikes, canopy, plenty of pots, pans, glasses, kitchen smallwares, etc. The property was very clean and tidy. The house was a quick 3-4 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the pools. Each floor of the house was beautiful and very accommodating for any large family.HOWEVER, I did have to take 2 stars off based on my personal experience. For those that care, unfortunately, there were several amenities that didn't work during my stay that may be frustrating to others booking from here if they experienced the same:1) The refrigerator in the main kitchen was broken and took 3.5 days to fix. • (Told them on a Sunday and took them until Thursday; They said they'd be there the next day) • (Had to throw away food)2) The grill in the back yard near the pool had rusted grill grates so we couldn't use it3) TV's in most bedrooms wouldn't work since they required a wifi connection that wasn't setup (was able to connect some but they'd disconnect after a day or two)4) The fire pits in the backyard didnt work either since each had an empty propane tank (spare was empty as well)5) Some miscellaneous stuff included lights that didn't work in some bedrooms and the Foosball table was broken on one end (very minor issue though)Again, my family was able to continue enjoying our stay even with these inconveniences, but these may be extremely frustrating for other families expecting everything they see in the pictures to work. If these items were fixed during our stay, this would easily be a 5 star review!

The house was very clean, new and BEAUTIFUL! Housekeeping did a wonderful job I was happy to sweep the floors and keep the house clean myself The pools, game room and all common areas were fun and very well maintained Maintenance were very nice and quick The house offered office space where twins could be added. I did request this but couldn’t even see where that was possible I wish I would’ve asked maintenance while they were fixing freezer We did have a family back out so additional beds weren’t as needed. Our family would rent again and would recommend Cinnamon Beach to family and friends.

Our group of 5 couples had plenty of space and enjoyed the quiet nature sounds, lovely furnishings, en-suite bathrooms for each room and an elevator. The indoor and outdoor spaces were amazing. We grilled steaks and shrimp on the built-in grill and really appreciated the outdoor heaters alongside the wonderfully warm/clean swimming pool. Plenty of parking and a 2-minute walk to a quiet beach! We will definitely return. The only oddity we encountered was a lack of frying/sauce pots. We think this was an anomaly because there were 8 to 10 frying/sauce lids, so perhaps they were removed for one reason or another. Regardless, we had the time of our lives and have already recommended this house to our family and friends. Such a wonderful and welcoming house and neighborhood with a friendly and responsive staff. Our group of 10 had plenty of space to spread out and socialize. Home was beautifully furnished, clean and equipped with all we needed. Staff was courteous and professional. The area is beautifully maintained. Hope to revisit.
