Lovely stay here! Host was accommodating and responsive! We enjoyed the space, felt safe and comfortable!

This property was as advertised. Excellent quality in all aspects. Quick communication responses from host Scott and resolution of issues. Ten minute or less walk to River Walk Pearl District. We could not have been more satisfied.

The house was lovely. My family loved the place. Cozy and clean. There seemed to be a late gathering going at the back apartment. My family complained of noise around 1 am, footsteps above them/ceiling. Otherwise would recommend the place for a home-like atmosphere for families.

The house was so beautiful and comfortable and the location was ideal!!

Wonderful cottage. Extremely clean and lovely. Had everything we needed, and close to the renovated Pearl Brewery, now housing a hotels, bakeries, restaurants, and a lovely plaza. We ended up visiting the Pearl several times in addition to our other plans. It was a fabulous trip!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home and great location next to the Pearl. Scott was very responsive if we needed anything.

I can’t say enough about the accommodations. It was perfect for our wedding weekend. Excellent location close to the RiverWalk and any downtown San Antonio activities. We contracted for both the main house and the loft. The loft house has a huge open living room / kitchen that ideal for a pre-wedding event. Last but not least - the host, Scott was fabulous every step of the way! Very personable guy. Very accommodating.

Perfect location next to The Pearl, walking distance. Perfect location near the Alamodome for the UTSA graduation. House is perfect to host large gatherings. Bathrooms are amazing. Overall the design of the house was wonderful.

We had a girl's trip with 7 of us. The location was fantastic, walkable to the Pearl and a 1.6-mile Uber to Riverwalk. The bunk beds were a bit of a challenge for our 50 year old bodies, but once in them, the mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen is so nice and the open layout makes it great for families. Very clean and airy. We would go back!!

Overall, great house for group! The most comfortable beds, great roomy bedrooms. Comfortable living room, comfy and large couch, lots of pillows. Hugh dining table for gathering. Great large oudoor area/patio with swings. I highly recommend for large group of friends or families. The host was very responsive to all our needs. We would certainly rent again as it made our trip even more memorable!

This property was clean, well stocked with coffee and creamer, and an easy walk to the Pearl District. It easily accommodated our party of nine and worked out great. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and loved this property. Inviting, clean and plenty of space.

House comfortably fit 9 adults. Beds and linen were new, laundry machines were also new and a huge help with all of the people. Plenty of seats. Area was convenient and walkable.

Stay was great except for communication with the property owner on getting inside the house, if it wasn’t for the cleaning lady leaving as we were pulling up at our arrival time, we wouldn’t have gotten inside the house until an hour and a half later when he decided to get back with me about getting inside the house. But overall house was super clean and a great layout for kids and large families. Parking wasn’t the greatest and the construction was bad but overall was a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed here for my gender reveal and everything went perfect with the cloud theme. The host had great communication!

The residence, location and host were a 10/10. All communication with the host was rapidly responsive and he was overly eager to help at all times. The residence was clean, spacious and accommodated our group of 11 and could have comfortably fit 14. I would stay here again or at any property this host has,
