This is the most charming guest suite with a separate entrance next to a Private County Club in a family friendly neighborhood , and is a short drive to great restaurants and shopping malls (less than 1 mile away). Tucked away and surrounded by trees is a relax and comfy place to enjoy. Once in a while, you will see and hear our neighbor's peacock from a distance sometimes. Easy parking for one car on the driveway.

The space
Our new cottage is around 350 sqft. It includes a comfortable queen size bed and a fold up sofa bed.

No kitchen but the room is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. It's attached to the main house, but offers complete privacy with it's very own entry. There are no stairs or anyone above you.

Our marble bathroom includes a shower and tub and a supply of high quality toiletries and towels for your use. If you are staying longer than 3 days, we will provide fresh towels and linens for you upon request. Our cottage is best suited for up to two people, NO CHILDREN please!

Our house is located in more of a suburb part of the city so you may have the luck to see and hear some animals such as racoon, birds, owls, chicken and our neighbor's peacocks sometimes.

Just a few minutes from the mall, and a 35 minutes drive to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and Knott's Berry Farm. We are only 40 miles from the beach, and Downtown Los Angeles is 25 miles away. We are also a 5 minute drive to Cal State Pomona. The Pomona fairflex convention center is only 15 minutes from us.

If you value a pristine living space, then this house is tailored just for you: Leave outdoor shoes outside to prevent dirt and germs from entering. This simple habit effectively maintains the cleanliness and freshness indoors. We kindly ask that you adhere to this practice to ensure the upkeep of our place so our future guests can also enjoy a pristine living space too.

Guests have full private access, and a keyless entry to the guest suite and can come and go as you please. There are no stairs or anyone above you.

$1000 fee applies if smoke (of any kind) is detected after check-out.
Only guest booked with us are allow at the property.
Immediately removal when house rules are not follow

    Entered through a garage side door. Kitchenette a garage table with a microwave on top of refrigerator and a Kuerig on the table with a few pods. Dishes on self with some plastic forks and spoons. Surprised to find required slippers to wear in the apartment. But nowhere to take off shoes and put on slippers which did not fit, so I walked around in my socks. Toilet leaked when flushed and in spite of notifying owner, nothing was done except being told to get a rag in the garage to soak up the water. But the bed was great and other than no local channels (World Series only local) the TV was adequate. The place was a little far from LA and since the traffic is terrible it was an hour plus ride to Hollywood and the airport. The plus: it was a very quiet place and West Covina a nice quiet area..

    Everything was easy and the property was exactly as described. My husband took his son to Six Flags for his birthday and this was a convenient and very affordable place to stay. It was an easy 1 hour drive. Highly recommend!
