The Parkview House. Hot Tub, Arcade & Park!

We decided to have our family Christmas at this home. To be honest it’s even better in person which most ppl say and it’s true! We have 4,3 and 2 year old grandchildren plus 2 newborns. We all felt like it was the perfect layout for our family. The kids had plenty of room to play, the hot tub was nice and warm the games kept everyone with some type of activity to enjoy. I sincerely thank the owners for providing such a wonderful environment. Jackie

Family friendly property, lots to keep the kids occupied.

Really cute house, had all of the listed amenities. Centrally located to a lot of things to do and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 kids. Spacious bedrooms and the kids loved the bunk room downstairs. Hot tub was clean the and outdoor patio area was perfect to relax in. Will definitely return to this home if my family is ever in Iowa again.

As others have mentioned, don’t let the lackluster exterior deter you. This is a great little house. The interior is well done, and we had a terrific time in the basement with the pool table and video games. Check-in and communication were easy.

Perfect place for a larger group to stay in Dubuque. Close to University.

Great stay and close to everything! Hot tub wasnt working but everything else was great!

Our stay was incredible. The basement area was the perfect space for everyone to hang out together. We had a group of 11 people, and we all slept comfortably. The house is also well stocked with supplies, and we didn’t have to purchase anything for house supplies. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in this home while traveling to Iowa for a baseball game. With five kids (4-14+, 1-10 and 1-6 yo), five adults, it fit us all well! The kids stayed busy during our rain delays and when there were no games. Being in Iowa we weren't sure how much we'd have to do but the house offered everything we needed. The kids preferred to stay at the house hanging out over going to find something to do which we appreciated. We'd definitely stay there again.

This place can accommodate your whole family. Spacious enough for all 10 of us to hang out and get together for a family reunion
