The Park Ranch House Centrally Located

This home worked well for myself and two undergraduate students in town to attend a scientific conference at the conference center. I needed a place that I could bring my senior dog to where she could chill during the day and it was a very quick/short drive back and forth to the conference center to check in on her (if it weren't late July and 110 degrees it would be walkable). We didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed to be well equipped for making meals at home. Also, I didn't realize until too late that we could have parked the car in the garage to avoid it baking in the sun, but that seemed like a nice feature (although we were mostly parked at the conference center during the day). The house was very clean.

Very relaxing and would definitely stay again!

This house is located in a quiet but close neighborhood to downtown Palm Springs. It is only 5 or 10 minutes to the airport as well. If you choose to cook, everything that will need is available. If you don't feel like cooking you are about 10 minutes drive to downtown where there a variety of restaurants that will meet your desires. Now, about the house and property. I have stayed at rental properties all over the world and to be honest, this is towards the top. My reasoning for this may be surprising. I am not looking for a property that is glitzy or untouchable. Whenever we left and came back it was as if we were going home, and it really felt like that. The pool area is set up well with plenty of chairs, tables, loungers, etc. The house layout is next to perfect but you will have to experience that for yourself. The master bedroom worked well for my niece and husband as they had an en suite bathroom. I and a friend of mine each had our own bedroom and shared a bathroom in the hall. It worked well. I probably wouldn't recommend it for more people than that but it could definitely be done. Always a bit difficult with more than four people with only 2 bathrooms but once again, it would be doable. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we will be back next year. We will pay the extra sur charge for a heated pool, as the water was too cold to use this time.Very quiet, easy access to downtown.

The property is conveniently located for exploring Palm Springs. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor area. Plenty of space to relax by the pool. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Excellent view of the mountains and total privacy while relaxing in outdoor area. We would return next trip!

Very comfortable bungalow with all the amenities in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Palm Springs

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in process was easy and smooth. Stocked with all the things you need for a lovely time in Palm Springs. We would definitely come back to this property!

Great house, property manager was easy to communicate with. Quiet street away from the airport and very comfortable.

Property was fabulous. Beautiful. Had everything you could need. Only comment is the showers were terrible. No water pressure and the heads were too low.

The house was clean, the neighborhood was nice, and the pool and outdoor entertaining area was spectacular. The lemon and orange trees provided plenty of fruit for lemonade and orange juice. The pool was serviced 2 times per week which worked out well as we swam daily.. The only downside was the hot tub was not working when we arrived and was not fixed during our stay. It was a great house and I would not hesitate to stay there in the future.
