If you are traveling with a larger group - we also rent out several other houses in the neighborhood! See the bottom of the listing description for instructions on how to find our other listings.

Relax and enjoy the luxuries of a boutique hotel combined with the comforts of a friend's home, in walking distance of many great restaurants & bars in Park Circle, one of Charleston's most popular neighborhoods. We invite you to make yourself at home! The house consists of four nice bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, an open dining area, and a large family room with a pull-out sofa. Outside you'll find a large patio with a hot tub, gas grill, dining table and lounge area.

4 COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom overlooks the backyard and features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms all have queen beds. All four beds have memory gel mattresses and luxuriously soft all cotton linens. The beds are topped with fluffy (hypoallergenic) down-alternative comforters. Three of the bedrooms have large smart televisions

3 MODERN BATHROOMS
The house contains three large bathrooms - two with huge walk-in showers and one with a bathtub and shower combination - enough space for your whole group to get ready at once.

GOURMET KITCHEN & DINING
The bright, open kitchen has brand new high-end appliances, immaculate counter tops, and a central island with stools. The kitchen is equipped with the tools you need to whip up a gourmet meal for your group. The kitchen is open to the dining area, making it an ideal space for a family dinner.

LARGE FAMILY ROOM OVERLOOKING THE BACKYARD
Past the kitchen you’ll find a spacious comfortable family room designed for entertaining with a large sectional couch, record player and record collection, board games, and a smart TV. The sectional folds out into a queen bed.

PRIVATE, FENCED YARD W/ HOT TUB, DINING TABLE, & GRILL
Sliding glass doors open the family room to the large backyard. It is surrounded by a privacy fence, making it a great place for the kids, pups, or even the adults to play. We provide corn hole, bocce ball, and a frisbee golf set. The concrete patio is furnished with a hot tub, a picnic table (seats 8), a sectional (also seats 8), and a gas grill. There's a train track that runs directly behind our privacy fence. Trains run several times daily and toot their horns. It can be very fun for the kids, but if you are sensitive to loud noises this may not be the property for you. Park Circle is surrounded by trains, so you'll want to consider other parts of the Charleston area.

DOG FRIENDLY - NO BREED OR SIZE RESTRICTIONS
We love dogs and our home is pet-friendly! We only asked that you please keep them off of the furniture and that you clean up after them. Please shoot us a message before booking if you are interested in bringing your pup so we can let our cleaners know.

Location

Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, our house is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Charleston area for work or play. Park Circle is a friendly, eclectic neighborhood conveniently located a short drive from the airport, downtown Charleston, and the beaches (10 minutes to the airport, 12 minutes to the North edge of downtown, and 15-20 minutes to the beaches at Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms, to be more precise). Our diverse and open-minded neighborhood is experiencing an exciting revitalization and was named the “Brooklyn of South Carolina” by Thrillist.

Park Circle is an easily walkable area peppered with several parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational areas, even its own disc golf course. Walk to the Farmer’s Market on Thursdays, take in a CrossFit or yoga class at Locomotion Fitness, or pick up some craft beers at the Brew Cellar. Be sure to visit Stems and Skins, our friendly neighborhood (James Beard nominated) wine bar and try some of our awesome local restaurants. You can walk or bike to Riverfront Park, located just outside of Park Circle on the Cooper River. Riverfront Park is home to the High Water Music Festival, hosts many other concerts and festivals throughout the year, and is a great spot for a picnic. The neighborhood is encircled by train tracks that service Charleston’s port. The trains can create a fun memory for children; however, if you think the noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying in a different part of the Charleston area. Other than the occasional train horn, we think you will find the neighborhood peaceful and quiet.

The house was great and the location was perfect. Having a toddler with us it would have been nice to have more control of the thermostat. I don't know if the owners are aware that there are a few soft spots in the floor in the master bedroom. Right in front of the bathroom and closet doors.

Absolutely LOVED it. It’s a beautiful home, exactly as described on the listing. We didn’t have any issues at all. Hosts are extremely nice & respond quickly. Next time we are in the area, we will 100% be staying here again!

Beautiful house in a convenient location. Enjoyed the nearby North Charleston amenities, ease of getting downtown, and being just as close to Ladson where I was visiting relatives. Very comfortable house with everything we needed and very communicative host. Will definitely try to stay here again when back in town!

I chose this rental because of its close proximity to the 2 day music venue we attended. I have to say that this was the first VRBO where our 2 toddlers bare feet were never black with dirt after running around barefoot in the home. The property was extremely clean and comfy including beds and pillows. The passing train was never an issue…quite calming actually! The littles loved running to the backyard to wave to the conductor to get a toot toot in response! Very quiet neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. I will stay here again if we come back. A+++

We met my parents and family in Charleston for a few days. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My mother is in a wheelchair, so having a 1 story was a must.

Great place. Listing was very accurate! All of the rooms were welcoming and neatly set up. The check in and checkout was super easy. The owners were communicative and available if needed. Perfect place for my bachelorette weekend and the 3 full bathrooms were a huge bonus for 9 girls. Close to the beach and to downtown. Good food options that were close. Train that ran by the house was a little annoying, but not much that could be helped there, ear plugs and box fans were provided to dampen the train horn.

Great 10 min ride to the Credit One Stadium to watch tennis!!! Very nice 4/3 with lots of amenities. All beds were very comfortable and sheets and comforters clean and neat. Nice living area with Streaming TV with lots of options for watching. If you like games there are several to choose from. Kitchen is well appointed with a very nice coffee maker (coffee and sugar included), microwave, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. Nice large outdoor area and an occasional train that will be exiting for the kids! All in all I would recommend this home as this is my 2nd time staying here.

Property was clean, hosts were extremely kind and responsive. Only downside is location and uber wait times if you want to spend a lot of time downtown. Would stay at another one of the host's properties if it were in a better location for my needs.

Would definitely recommend staying here. Plenty of space, a few places within walking distance, and downtown was close enough to Uber. Reliable instruction from the property manager and had no issues whatsoever.

Overall, the place was clean, roomy, and welcoming. Yes, there's a train that goes by right behind the backyard fence that has to sound off before crossing roads that you need to be aware of, especially light sleepers. The silent issue you need to be aware of, at least in my case, was the owners. I reached out to them before my stay to make sure I would have extra sheets for the air mattress, but they decided not to reach out to me about keeping the $500 damage deposit, despite having my number. They left it to me to check my credit card statement, see it hadn't been refunded, and then message them. If they had reached out I could have explained that the damage was present when I arrived, and they had missed it during their inspection of their own property. I'm just glad I saw the issue and took a photo to prove it was there. This lack of communication was very frustrating and could have been avoided. I sincerely hope the owners implement a new process across all of they properties for issues like this in the future.
