The Space:

Spread across two levels, this townhouse offers a relaxed retreat blending comfort, practicality, and tropical charm. Natural light fills the open-plan living area, where an L-shaped sofa and smart TV with Netflix invite you to unwind.



The kitchen flows seamlessly from the lounge, fully equipped with everything you need for effortless home cooking—stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and rice maker—plus a coffee station with an espresso machine to start your day right.



Step outside to the private courtyard, where the alfresco dining setting becomes the heart of the home, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or relaxed evening meals surrounded by palms. When it’s time to unwind, cool off in the shared pool nestled among tropical gardens—a serene escape between city adventures.



Upstairs, two restful bedrooms are styled with crisp linen, ceiling fans, and thoughtful details for easy relaxation. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and opens to a private balcony with a hanging chair and leafy tropical views. The second bedroom offers two single beds, ideal for kids or friends. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, while a downstairs powder room adds convenience. A private laundry with a washer, sink, and ironing essentials makes longer stays simple.



Stay comfortable year-round with split-system air conditioning in both bedrooms and a box air conditioner in the living area. On-site parking is available for one vehicle. Please note that the townhouse features an internal staircase between the living area and bedrooms, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves, with access to the communal pool. Please make yourselves at home.

Getting Around:

Parking: There is one free parking spot available in the garage. Paid off-site parking options are also available if needed.



Airport: 8 minutes by car, or 21 minutes by bus (including a 5-minute walk).



Public Transport: 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
