The Paddle House: Riverfront, Kayak, Game Room, HotTub, Yard Games! Pet Freindly

Amanda was great in her quick responses to my questions.This was our fourth visit to the Paddlehouse and we have never been disappointed. The backyard skating rink is a clincher for our family. Its location to Sunday River and the local bowling lanes is also great .

The Paddle House has everything! Kitchen stocked with every kitchen utensil, gadget, appliance you would ever need. The entertainment rooms had something for everyone

To say The Paddle House is prepared for anything is an understatement. The kitchen was stocked with enough place settings and dishes to handle our group of 11 without an issue. A lot of thought went into the needs and comfort of its guests. I would absolutely book this place again. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful place and the booking was absolutely seamless.

Communication with host was wonderful. This was our 3rd stay at the Paddle House. We have done Summer, Winter, and now late Fall. House is a great fit for our three generation group of 16-18 people. Quality of amenities is outstanding. Plenty for everyone to do. Beautiful area and setting. Large meals are a breeze with the kitchen and dining table set up! Would highly recommend this house to others!

Three generations, ages 2-72 enjoyed the property. There was something for everyone. We played volleyball. The dads kayaked on the River, the older kids played waffle ball, fished on the River and used the game rooms in the evening. We enjoyed the fire pit every day and had family supper’s together at the huge dinner table. It was a great family experience. We also got great weather.

Just as great as advertised! We went up to paddle house for a bachelor party weekend and it was amazing! We had 16 guys and there was a bed for everyone and plenty of room. The ultimate game room and bar area were great for football on Sunday and the 2 firepits out back got used every night along with the full volleyball ball court and 2 horseshoe pits. The hot tub along the river was great too especially with all the outdoor lighting. Cant say enough great things about this property and host. Thanks Amanda!!!

Great place had no problems at all

Fantastic weekend celebrating my 50th with girlfriends. There were plenty of beds..the kitchen was fully stocked and the back yard was perfect. Lots of memories made. Love the Paddle House!!

Loved all the things to do and adequate space to do it, inside and out.

Great stay in Maine! Home is equipped with everything you could think of needing, from trash bags to extra toilet paper. Plenty of activities to do outside and inside the property. River is a bit too rapid to use kayaks, but can launch kayaks up river and float back to house.

The whole family enjoyed the wonderful property! Many happy hours spent on the river, trails, and relaxing by the fire and in the hot tub.

As advertised. Lots of fun stuff to do at the house.

This place has everything! It’s borderline impossible not to have fun at this house. You want to swim? River next to the house. You wanna play video games? They have 6 PlayStations in the basement. You want to gamble on table games? They got you covered with pool, ping pong, and shuffleboard. 10/10 stay!

3rd time at the Paddle house. We are a 3 generation family ranging in age from 9 to 73. The house itself has everything that you could need for a comfortable stay.Skiing at Sunday River is only a few miles away.Our kids love to skate and play hockey, and the house has a skating rink in the backyard which is always in use.Skating continues into the night as the rink is well lit. hope to be able get get back next year!

We had an excellent stay! Place is as advertised and was fun for Adults (hot tub!) and kids (video games)! We would gladly come back!

Second time staying at this property with 20 adults and was just as great as the first!

Our family has a great stay at the Paddle House. A lot of activities at the house and the surrounding area. Perfect for home bodies and those that like adventure.

Great house for a big group! Our host Amanda was fantastic, she responded swiftly to all our questions and gave very good recommendations. We would love to come back :)

The house is beautiful. It is perfectly set up offering plenty of options for both young and old. The kitchen has pretty much every cooking pot/pan, utensil, spice, glassware and dish in abundance. I might suggest it might be time to restock the teaspoons. The outside yard area is completely private with plenty of room for any sports game including an actual beach volleyball sand court, which our family really enjoyed. The many paddling options were also a perfect addition to the river experience. The hot tub was a great spot for relaxing. I might recommend a small net to help remove debris before it sinks, which will help to keep the operation cleaner. The only other suggestion to improve upon the wonderful experience for guests is to have better information relating to departure expectations and an up to date directory of community activities, restaurants, parks and trails. This info could be kept in a notebook for guests to reference. Despite identifying some simple suggestions to improve the Paddle House experience we absolutely loved our family experience and highly recommend it for an outstanding family vacation.

The paddlehouse was the perfect size for our large family. Plenty of room for all ages. The game rooms were great for a little indoor time. The volleyball area became the largest sandbox my grandchildren have played in. Everything was clean. Amanda was super helpful. Definitely would recommend.
