This is a great house that is well maintained and outfitted with all of your travel needs. Very easy drive into town and to Sunday River. I would stay here again on my next visit.

This place is exactly as pictured and described. My spouse and I needed a getaway and break from work and booked this place off season with our dog for a few days. We spent the days on the porch in the sun (dog loved that and she couldn't escape because of railings), grilling, cooking, using the sauna and the hot tub. Nice appliances in the kitchen! The sauna was lovely and the hot tub was super clean and spacious!! Game room was great, too. The master bed was so comfortable and clearly good quality, as was the bedding! Also, the shower was huge and beautiful. I mean, this place was just everything we needed for a quick getaway but we really want to come back with friends. So many things to do and you can really spread out. Dave was also super communicative and the check-in and out process was a breeze. It's clear that Dave didn't cheap out on this beautiful home or the furnishings inside. I usually like to try new places but this is the first time I found somewhere that I really want to return to! Our stay was AMAZING! As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the cleanliness, the hot tub, sauna, firepit, and the swing on the porch. The game room was a favorite for many in the family. Our host David was wonderful to cummincate with. He made our check in and out process very easy. We found everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. We loved being able to bring our 2 dogs with us! Mornings runs and afternoon walks on nearby trails. We hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did.

We had a fantastic family ski trip at this lovely house, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the mountain, making it easy for us to hit the slopes each day. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. The kids enjoyed their own space to relax, while we appreciated the cozy living area for family time.One of the best features was the hot tub and outdoor sauna. After a long day of skiing, soaking in the hot tub under the stars was a great way to unwind. Our host was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing useful local tips. We would definitely rent this house again for our next ski trip. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it!

Great location, great amenities

The house was clean. Everything worked like it was suppose to. The hot tub and sauna were great. I loved the town of bethel. It was close to everything we wanted to go to. David responded asap when I asked questions. It was an overall great experience.

We had a great stay at David's property. The property was very clean and well stocked when we arrived, check in was easy and the accommodations were perfect for our two families with 11 people. The basement space with Arcade, TV and fusbol were enjoyed by all. The bunk beds were great for all the kids. The Hot Tub and Sauna were very welcomed amenities after hiking and river adventures nearby. 10/10 would stay again.
