Welcome to the Paddle House on Lake Norman!
Our newly renovated house is right on Lake Norman, and is able to be accessed via Kayak or paddle board (included with rental). We also offer enough parking to allow for trailered boats, as there are multiple public boat ramps within the immediate area (5-10 min or less)

Stayed Jun 19, 2025The house was fantastic beautiful and spacious! we needed room for my friends and kitchen to cook in for the rehearsal dinner Friday night . The venue was at seven seasons events in Cornelius .Jeff the owner was so nice to respond if i had any questions !

Stayed Jul 29, 2024This is a great property and Jeff/Devinn are wonderful hosts! The house is very clean and well-equipped with a lot of high-end finishes and features. There were 4 of us staying in the house on this trip, but we could have easily accommodated several more with the living space on the ground floor. Kayaks, paddleboards, fire pit, and loads of indoor and outdoor games are available. Highly recommend for a family trip!
