Eric was a wonderful host! His has made his home a home away from home for his guests.So clean!!!! Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again!

Perfect location. Easy to laugh kayak from shore. Beautiful area of the lake. House is well maintained and well equipped, especially kitchen as I like to cook. Host was welcoming and available upon check in.

What an incredible place! Aside from being absolutely spotless, the home’s location is unbeatable. The hosts have gone above and beyond to set clients up for a beautiful, fun stay. From cabinets full of family board games to a basement closet full of kayaks, the fun was endless. Additionally, the location allows for short boat rides to multiple marinas around the lake. Lastly, nothing beats a sunset from the back deck while warming up next to the fire pit. We truly could go on and on about this place. It’s an absolute gem and we hope to visit again soon!

If you're considering this house, let me be the one to tell you that you need to book it! My husband and I brought our two kids (1 and 4yo) and his parents. It was a perfect space for the 6 of us with plenty of room for the kids to play on rainy days and the most PERFECT view of the lake. The water was down the time of year that we went (late Sept) but had it been up I still would have felt very comfortable with the yard and kids playing. The home was spotless clean and truly thought out. The kitchen had all the comforts of home. The weather was gloomy for us many days so the cabinet of games and new 'to my kids' toys were such a fun perk. Eric was prompt in his communication and friendly. This place is truly one of a kind and we liked it so much we booked it again the day after we left!

Really liked this property. The view is excellent, very serene. Loved sitting in the dining room that overlooks the lake. House is very comfortable. The hosts were very attentive to our needs.

This property was the perfect spot for rest and relaxation. The lake house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was amazing. Such a peaceful place. We will be coming back during the summer when we can enjoy warmer temperatures and water activities. Great communication with the owner.

We had a wonderful time on our short stay at The Lake House over fall break. No complaints at all! We had everything we needed. The place was clean and comfortable. The host was pleasant and helpful. We struggled a bit with the TV and sound system but honestly that was probably just operator error! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend! The view could not be beat! Beautiful sunset!

We have stayed in this house for several consecutive years. Each time we arrive it is as fresh and clean as ever. My children love it so much and ask to return every year.

We had a great time, we had gorgeous weather. The view was outstanding of the lake. The house was very nice and clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen since we ate there almost the entire week.

The house and location were exactly what we were hoping for! This was our third visit to Dale Hollow and was our best experience of all. Loved being right on the Lake where we could tie-up our rental boat and walk right up to the house.

It is a beautiful home. Clean. We so enjoyed are stay. Coming back next year.
