Stayed Jun 3, 2026At the time we rented this property, it was difficult to get an idea of the greatness of the property based on the photos (many of them are close ups or they are just a picture of a tree or a doorway). Also, the bedroom and bathroom descriptions were poor. Based on the photos and property description alone, it was difficult to know exactly what we were getting in to. But Chad was responsive to describe the bedroom and bathroom accommodations. Next, we discovered this property is surrounded by Greek sorority houses. So we thought it might be party central in the neighborhood. However, we were PLEASANTLY surprised by the property. The living spaces were spacious. There are two separate TV rooms with nice furnishings. The kitchen was also very nice. The two refrigerators suited us perfectly as we came in for a wedding and had wedding food and family food that needed to remain separated. Finally, having two beds in many of the bedrooms allowed families to sleep together in one room rather than having to obtain separate rooms for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend this property for large family gatherings.I hope the property owners can do a better job with taking better photos and organizing them for future clients.

Stayed Mar 27, 2026Kitchen was very well equipped, clean and organized. House was clean and well appointed. It was perfect for a group of women who get together a couple of times a year. TVs easy to operate and bedding was comfy.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025The house was nice and cool and clean (except the floors were a little dirty). The host was great and communicated very nicely. There were small little touches that made the stay extra nice. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all family and friends.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025The overall house was perfect for our family. We were in town to honor our parents who passed away. It was large and open, big kitchen area with 2 refrigerators. It was kid friendly and dog friendly. There was a great toy for my golden with two bowls. There was even a small flower arrangement waiting for us. If we ever need a VRBO in the future in Wichita, we will certainly stay there. The property manager was great getting back with us when we had TV issues. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!
