Our two bedrooms now come with the perfect setup for your best night's sleep – one with a spacious King-Size Bed and the other with a cozy Queen-Size Bed. Sink into the embrace of our eco-friendly memory foam mattresses, and let the high-quality linens add a touch of class to your relaxation time. The bathroom keeps it practical with a tub/shower combo, plenty of storage, and chic designer fixtures. We've got you covered with towels and a handy hairdryer to keep things hassle-free.



CHEF'S KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen features a gas oven and hood, pull-out pantry, dishwasher, disposal, coffee makers, French press, toaster, and blender. The Galley-style kitchen with a 'waterfall' island opens to the living room - perfect for conversation, games, or laptop time.



TRAVELLING WITH A PET Please review house rules > Additional rules prior to booking. Please confirm if you will be traveling with a pet (including certified assistance animals) in your booking message. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per night, will be requested separately upon confirmation of booking.

This has a FULLY fenced yard and perfect for furry buddies.

Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. We recommend getting around by car. There‘s free covered parking for one vehicle and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin.



Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area, Lady Bird Lake and a seven minute drive to downtown Austin.



Other Things to Note:

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.



Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request.



Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.



We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 25 years old or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.

- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. A pet fee is requested once the booking is confirmed.

- We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!

    The Olive You was pretty close to perfect for our two week stay in Austin. Things we loved: 1. Large comfy couch, 2. Cute patio set in the yard so we could eat breakfast outside, 3. Plenty of closet and cabinet space so we didn't have to live out of our suitcases. 4. The location! So great. I think it was like a 15 or 20 minute walk to South Congress. And the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. There's a cute park nearby. Overall we really loved staying there! Things that could have been better: 1.) As other reviewers mentioned, the main bed is wayyyyy too soft. We were sinking into the memory foam so deeply that we were sleeping terribly and waking up with back pain. After a few days we switched to the other bed even though it was small. 2.) The yard could really use some string lights. The single patio light didn't provide enough light for the yard to be useful past 5:30pm, which was a shame because we wanted to cook dinner and eat outside since the weather was so nice. The part of the yard that extended to each side of the house wasn't lit at all so it was pitch black. A large fox startled the hell out of me haha. A few sets of string lights would make this yard so much lovelier. If those two things were changed we'd absolutely stay here again. :-)

    The host was welcoming. Some parts of the space were a little dirty when we arrived, but otherwise, we had a great experience. They allowed us to have our dogs (with fees, of course), and they were accommodating.
