Great place! One minute walk to the beach.

What a wonderful location! Clean house and we really enjoyed our stay! It was a quick walk to the beach, my kids loved it. This is a wonderful house and we will definitely be back. Location is perfect! Close to everything and a Publix 3 mins away. Highly recommend this home for a beach vacation.

Our stay was truly wonderful, and communication was truly top notch. The house is spacious, clean, and the walk to the beach couldn’t be shorter. We plan to return!

The place was great! Everything is as it is pictured. Beds were comfortable, lots of beach towels and accessories, and great location! The hosts were also very responsive.

Our group of 5 adults and 2 kiddos had the best time. The pool area is wonderful and beach access is great. The beach was not crowded. Easy walk to the pier. House living areas are spacious. Host is great to work with.

The property was amazing! Beautiful and well cared for inside and out. The space was perfect for our family of ten, allowing everyone a comfortable place to rest and spread out when needed. The patio and deck spaces were an extra bonus! The home had all the amenities needed for our stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms, laundry, outdoor grill and water toys. The location was exactly what we hoped it would be, mere steps from the beach/ocean and within walking distance from shops and restaurants. The hosts, Lena and Chris, were super friendly and very helpful/prompt with all our requests and questions. Our only quibble was the pool/ hot tub were not working in the fact that they were not heated (heating unit broke and was on back order). Had our stay been in May, this feature would not have been an issue, but since it was January, the heat was warranted. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this detail until after we arrived. While, this is something we would've liked to have known about prior to arrival, it did not prevent us from enjoying all the other amazing attributes this property offered. Though our stay was short, we had the best time and would definitely love to stay here again!

The host was exceptional in responding with a welcoming and professionalism manner to ensure our stay was to our liking. The home was spacious and very clean. Th location is prime to beach access and walking distance restaurants.

The Ocealena exceeded our families needs and wants! Pool was a bonus.

My second stay, because this house has so many nice things about it. Owners provide many items that make the stay easier: beach stuff, pool stuff, small children items and security. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach and a couple bars. Short drive to several restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the pool area. Pool landscape makes it so relaxing. Real easy drive from the Orlando airport. Owners were fantastic to work with. Easy to communicate with. Can't wait to get back there.

Beautiful property, perfect location and the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend this property to families or a group of friends. Just up the street from the peer and a bike ride from Ron Jon. Fantastic property

Beautiful place and great location. The house was very tastefully decorated and pool/patio area were both private and expansive. Hosts were accessible throughout. We were steps from the beach and had easy access to many great restaurants. We even caught a launch one night from the beach. Highly recommend!

Very clean! alway very nice

The host had excellent communication leading up to our stay. When we arrived at the property everything was perfect! It was clean, plenty of space and the pool and spa were Devine! In addition everything was so close by!!! We had the best stay. It was so nice being able to walk to the beach! Forget something? Walk to the house, need to cool off on the pool? No problem! I will absolutely be booking this property again for future stays!

The house was exactly as described, clean, well kept and owners had great communication before, during and after the trip. The beach is a 2 min walk from the house and the complimentary beach chairs, cooler and wagons made the trip easy. Great beaches and close enough to watch the rocket launches from the cape if your schedule lines up. Over all 12/10 experince would book again in a heart beat.

We had a great time. The house has everything you need for a fun beach vacation. Access to the beach is super easy and quick, near the peer for food and fun. We had a great time. Hosts were very communicative and helpful.

We loved the house, patio, heated pool and hot tub. Very close to the uncrowded beach. Everything you need as far as supplies and accommodations. Also, it is close enough to the airport and to Orlando. We spent a day at Discovery Cove which was absolutely wonderful, ate twice at the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier right down the beach. We also saw a rocket launch. Some family members did parasailing. There was a problem with the grill and the owners replaced it within two hours. Great hosts! We loved it all!

This stay was just as expected. The house was clean, the pool was stunning, and the beach was just a few steps away! We had an A/C concern and the property manager got it taken care of without hesitation! Great property and great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough to accommodate us all and we loved having a pool. The close proximity to the beach was wonderful! The big kitchen worked out well for our crew and meals we prepared. Cocoa Beach is also close to Disney and other things to do. We will come back!, Thanks you!!

This house checked all of the boxes for our family. This is our second time here and we will definitely book again. The kids loved the pool and just a short walk to the beach. The house is well stocked with everything you need. The hosts are very responsive and excellent to work with. Definitely a 10!

Great place close to the beach

The owner was amazing to communicate with and extremely friendly and accommodating. The house was lovely and inviting.

Excellent location in terms of the beach, pier and cruise terminals. We stayed a couple days before our cruise. We particularly enjoyed the on site hot tub and nearby airboat ride. Yelena was great. She was helpful, responsive and flexible. Much appreciated!

Due to other obligations, we were only able to stay here 3 nights. Easy to find in quiet neighborhood.

Place was big & very nice. Only thing…need more towels. No hand towel in upstairs bathroom. Need more than one washcloth for a two night stay.

This is a great house for multi family group. While we were not a large group we came from 3 different families. The house was close to the beach and had all the amenities we would have wanted. We would definitly come back again.

The house was just perfect for 8 adults stay for 2 days before our cruise out of Cape Canaveral. Very close to the port.Yelena was very accommodating when we asked for early check-in. The house was clean and had everything that you could want. We will definitely stay again

Great first experience for grandchildren at the beach on the ocean! The hosts thought of everything to make our stay memorable! The grandkids loved the pool! We so enjoyed all of the beach toys, chairs, wagon and supplies for a day on the beach. Excellent location, beautiful property, family friendly, and great communication with hosts. The property was a short beautiful walk to the beach. It was within walking distance of some good restaurants as well. We walked out each morning to enjoy the sunrise. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was wonderful. Lena was an awesome host, she was able to accommodate us checking in a few hours early. There was plenty of space for all of us, 4 kids and 4 adults. Everything was super clean and she the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful. It was truly a tropical oasis. Plenty of seating and tables as well as a grill. The pool and hot tub were so much fun, and the pool lights added an extra special ambience to make the mood just perfect. Everything we needed for the beach was also available, neatly organized and clean in the garage. She even had a cooler bag! The beach was right down the street, a very short walk and the beach was beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend this house in Cocoa Beach. It was perfect and Lena did not over look anything. We were very happy with the choice we made to stay here! Thank you Lena!!
