The Ocean Pearl - A Waterfront Beach Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Great views and easy access to beach. Quality bedding, room for everyone. Had an elderly parent and the elevator was perfect. Everything you need to cook all meals in the kitchen. Highly recommend.Thank you.

Spacious home. Nice big rooms. Elevator was great to have with the 3 floors and trips to the grocery and beach. Great space for a big family.

We had a wonderful time. My two children and their children, who each brought friends...12 of us in all....loved the location and accessibility to the ocean.The house was perfect. I (who needed and appreciated the elevator), would get up in the morning and sit on the back deck where I could see the ocean. We made wonderful memories. Thankyou for letting us stay!

The Ocean Pearl was a beautiful place to spend our family vacation! The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! There was a pack-n-play provided for use that had a little issue with locking the top bar. When we notified Arianna, she had a new one delivered by midday! Talk about service! The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and we enjoyed lots of meals together during the week. Location is awesome...just steps away from the beach access and a beautiful view of the ocean from the home! The lift was so helpful in moving in/out and bringing in groceries! The decor was lovely! We hope to return to this home for many future vacations together! 5 STARS!!!

We loved staying at The Ocean Pearl! It was the perfect house for our large family. Super easy beach access and the elevator was a life-saver. Everyone agreed this was the best house in 10 years of family trips!

Our family has been gathering at the beach for over 40 years, and this house was one of our favorites. Wonderful space for gathering, kitchen is well-stocked and the owner was helpful and comminicative. Would definitely stay here again

I agree the three families has been going to the beach for Memorial Day for over 20 years. As our children have turned into adult adults, we are looking for places for them all to sleep that are not bunkbeds and children’s areas. This house was pretty close to perfect for us Even the days when it rained and we were stuck inside there was plenty of space to spread out and do whatever we wanted.

Plenty of room for my daughter and her bridesmaids. A wonderful view and porch for time to relax. Plenty of space for everyone to get ready for all the wedding festivities.

Very clean, spacious, perfect for large family attending a wedding, easy check in and out! Beds and linens were very comfortable. Kids are still asking to go back. Will return!

This property is plenty big for a large group. Beautiful views. Beautiful home but showing too much wear considering how new it is. The housekeeping staff is not doing the job they are being paid to do. At least two of the beds had dirty linens upon arrival. Floors were not swept and had not been mopped in a long time. Dead roaches in many places. Dirty dishes put away into the cabinets. Toilets were not cleaned. I understand wear on beach front properties due to harsh environment. The issues with this home that were upsetting had nothing to do with beach environment. The host was responsive and offered to send housekeeping back. We chose not to do this as we wanted the house to be clean upon arrival, not after we already checked in. This home would have been great if the host would just address the lack of cleanliness. Check in instructions were not provided and had to ask for them. The host was very responsive with this. I think that the housekeeping staff is aware that they are not being inspected and do not care about the service they are providing. I expect that when I pay a large cleaning fee the property will be clean when I arrive.

Ocean Pearl was a perfect destination for our family with young children. The home was very family-friendly included a great children’s library, highchair, well stocked, kitchen, and lots of safe places for the kids. While not beachfront, we had a great view of the beach and easy beach access.

Our stay was magnificent, the house was excellent and my family was very overwhelmed with the size and Beauty of the house. We will be planning another trip in a few months, once we set a date we hope the house will be available. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.
