Stayed Aug 2, 2025The property itself was amazing! We loved the house for our big family vacation this summer. Walking distance to the beach. The club pool is on the other end of the club community, so we had a golf cart we rented to get there. The game room was a hit competing against each other during our stay. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of all the kitchen essentials. You just need to bring all your cooking spices and extra cleaning supplies. The pictures on VRBO are accurate except you can not use the jym or the boat slips and dock. When we contacted the host to speak to them, they are a managing company that is not onsight or a local host, I tried to get more info about trying to bring our boat and trailer and about local marinas, they were not familiar with the area to help with questions, so we we just decided to not take our boat with us. Overall, the house was Amazing!

Stayed Nov 25, 2024We had 15 people stay for the week of Thanksgiving. Ages ranging from 1 to 58. Everything was perfect. The home had all of our needs met. Thank you for an amazing family vacation.

Stayed Oct 20, 2024Our overall impression of our stay is positive. The property itself is beautiful and accommodated our group well. The challenge we faced was that there was barely any water pressure in any of the bathroom faucets, so we requested that it be looked at, and the maintenance team member arrived in a timely fashion. After further inspection he shared that all the faucets needed to be replaced and that unless they had any spares on hand, it wouldn't be resolved during our stay. This meant we needed to wash our hands in the kitchen or showers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider a return stay.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024This house is everything it's advertised to be and more. It was clean, well-equipped, roomy, and perfect for our family of )10 adults and 6 children(from 10 yrs. old to 18 mos. old. the pool has a protective screen around it (peace of mind for the moms). We all enjoyed movie nights in the theater room! The property manager responded immediately to our few concerns. We will be back soon!

Stayed Dec 27, 2023The property size was perfect for all 18 of us. The king beds are very comfortable. The kids rooms were perfect. The theater room was a hit for all. We ran into a couple of snags, but property management did a wonderful job responding to our concerns. An Absolute perfect getaway.

The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of open space, making it perfect for larger parties.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023The Ocean Oasis is a wonderful venue for family and friends to gather for a summer vacation. Extremely clean, the floor plan is awesome; plenty of room with a lot of space for all members. The Casino room was a hit - great area for game nights! Proximity to beach was excellent and easy to navigate. One drawback: there was a lot of construction very, very close to the backyard (less than 200 feet). New condos being built; work started early every day so we woke up to electric drills, jack hammers, trucks, and most everything that goes into building gorgeous condos. I have no doubt. Overall, I would definitely recommend this area/venue to friends and family. And we would consider returning for future vacations.
