Stayed Oct 18, 2025The property was really nice. I appreciated the little things, ie charger in the master bedroom, stocked coffee bar. The host was really nice and easily accessible for any questions I may have had. I would definitely book again.

Stayed Feb 21, 2024I traveled with my adult Married neice & nephew, and adult daughter. Our goal was to get as close as possible to the N.C. Convention ctr. This was the place. Place was very clean, nice and quiet. Enjoyed the complimentary tea! No negative action or noise. Good for the price.

Super cute backyard for relaxing in the evenings. The host was very prompt with responses as well. Our family would definitely recommend the NOLIAhouze!

Stayed Sep 23, 2022This property was well appointed, clean and comfortable! Check-in and check-out were easy. Location is close to downtown and NCSU which was perfect since we were visiting our daughter at State for parent's weekend.
