Your stay includes complimentary golf, tennis, and gym memberships for up to four guests every day at Macatawa Golf Club in the Macatawa Legends community, approximately 10-15 minutes away. Each of those four guests can play one free round of golf every day of your stay - up to four complimentary rounds daily! Golf clubs are available to rent at the club. SECOND FLOOR — KITCHEN, DINING & BALCONY

Cook together in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. The adjacent dining area keeps meals easy and sociable. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa, armchairs, TV, and electric fireplace create a comfortable place to gather. A game cabinet, additional folding chairs, and a half bathroom add convenience. Step onto the private balcony for views over the shared pool and stunning Lake Macatawa.



THIRD FLOOR — KING SUITE

The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Dual vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate tiled shower give you room to unwind after a day outdoors.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire three-level townhouse. Parking includes one private garage space and one designated parking lot space. The seasonal pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard court, and poolside patio and grill area are shared community amenities. Included private club facilities and golf are located off-property, a short drive away.



The Neighborhood:

The Newport is part of The Beach House at Lake Street on the north side of Lake Macatawa. The lake is directly across the street, with Holland State Park and Lake Michigan’s beaches nearby. Spend your days exploring the shoreline, trails, and dunes, or enjoying views of Holland’s Big Red lighthouse. Downtown Holland offers restaurants, shops, galleries, and breweries within a short drive.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Holland and the surrounding lakeshore. Beaches and Holland State Park are nearby while downtown Holland and Macatawa Golf Club are easily accessible by car. Travel times may vary with summer traffic.



Other Things to Note:

The shared outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day to October 1st.



Macatawa Golf Club amenities are off property; please contact us for access and arrangements after booking your stay.



No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited anywhere on The Beach House property.



Starter toiletries are provided; replenish supplies as needed for longer stays.
