The house was nice and clean. They had several amenities such as shampoo and body wash in the showers. There was excavation going on next door at the property that was super loud from 7 am to 4 om, ut we were gone most of the day. The house was clean and in a good spot for us to travel to Carlsbad and take the Coaster to cities close by. Overall, good experience for our family of 6 adults and teens.

This was the best VRBO we have stayed at! Everything was amazing. We had a group with adults and kids ranging from ages 16 to 3 and it worked out perfectly. They really spent time on the details and ammenties and it shows. It was a such clean and modern home - beautiful! The kitchen was awesome and included everything you would need. The beds were super comfortable. The backyard was a so cool! They even had beach chairs and wagon to use! We walked to the beach multiple times from the house; to get the sandy area was a bit longer of a walk but it wasn't bad at all! Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!
