The Nest - Located in the Heart of Nashville Indiana!

We stay here yearly, and absolutely love the property, the house, the host and the accommodations.

Nice to have multiple bathrooms

Right in the heart of Nashville. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

The house was very nice and large areas. Easy area for walking and safe.

The place was spacious and clean. However, one of the downstairs bedrooms had no a/c and no tv. It was also infested with cluster flies. The upstairs bedroom had a window unit and a tv that didn't work. The shower in one of the baths was taped around the bottom as a repair for leakage. And the door didn't work properly. Outside the shrubbery was over grown with weeds and there were wasps so bad you could not use the deck or table. Would not stay there again. Too expensive for what it was.

House is the the heart of downtown area. It is close to everything. It was spacious and roomy for everyone. Very clean and beds were comfy. Great time for all of us.

Amazing home with an excellent location. Easy walk to coffee places, restaurants, and shops. Property sits back a bit from the main drag- so it does feel like you have some privacy. Pictures are accurate. Cozy feel. Plenty of space to work a puzzle or play games. We loved the coffee bar! I would highly recommend this home for your next getaway!

Great experience and we were pleasantly surprised with how close the location was to downtown Nashville. Great open area and the rooms were good sizes. We plan to return!

This is a great place to stay especially if you want to do a lot of shopping in Nashville. It is within walking distance to all the shops and it was nice not having to worry about parking in town. The house was very nice and clean and was a very comfortable place to stay.

perfect for our girls' weekend get away. convenient to walk anywhere in Nashville, IN. Beautiful main room & kitchen with lots of space for quilting, games, reading, and talking. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking was excellent. Nice to have dedicated parking spot, especially since property is right downtown. The home is quiet, clean and maintained well.

This house was perfect for our relaxing Bachelorette party! The house itself is so charming and cute! The main living space was great to hangout, and the deck outside was perfect for sitting and chatting together. We also loved the location in that we could walk to most places we wanted to go, and anything else was only a short drive away. We loved it!

We had a good stay all except for the power being out for hours and canceling our show. Not your fault but it was the reason for the trip. We had a good time and enjoyed the Nest.

This is the seventh year (I think) that we have stayed at the Nest for our annual's girls trip. The house is wonderful. It's roomy, comfortable and clean. David is always attentive to our requests.

The house was spacious and had multiple bathrooms/bedrooms which kept our group comfortable. Our Grandson enjoyed having the top floor to his self.

The host was always readily available to answer concerns or questions! He is amazing. The house is stunning with so much room. Definitely will be back!!

Everything was clean. Towels were especially nice. Everything worked. Loved being right in the heart of town and having parking.

Absolutely loved it! We did a 3 cousins get together and really appreciated it's in town location. Never had to move the car. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. David was quick to respond whenever we reached out to him. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks!

Just returned from a girls trip to Brown county and The Nest was wonderful! Cute, clean, cozy,.comfortable. the open kitchen/living room was perfect for our group of 4 but could easily accomodate 6 or maybe even 8. The upstairs was like a cozy little apartment. The 3 full baths and 1 half bath were more than enough. Great parking spaces. Our only suggestion would be some nonslip grips in the showers or a shower mat. Very slippery when wet. Otherwise no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Big soft bath towels and well stocked kitchen. Beds were too soft and bouncy for our taste. Never had any experience with DIRECTV before, and there were no instructions on how to operate TV. Tried to contact the host, but he did not respond.

Loved the house. Perfect location right in downtown. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.

This property is clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable with beautiful bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Ideally located for walking everywhere. We had a lovely stay.

Awesome home, so clean and a large gathering room , the kitchen table can seat easily 8-10 comfortably. plenty of bathrooms, can’t stress how clean and the host was attentive to any questions, responds quickly. we would stay here again.

This property exceeded my friends and I’s expectations. Not only did the place look exactly like the photos, but the cleanliness of the property was immaculate. It is in a perfect walking distance from all of the shops and just a short drive away from Brown County State Park where we had a blast hiking. The host, David, was always in touch, gave great recommendations and responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again!

We were in town for a family wedding. The Nest was a great place to stay. Walkable to town, shops and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable and a nice space to gather.

House was awesome and unique. I went for Easter to spend time with my son who’s at IU. My younger two kids were there, my son’s two roommates along with two of their girlfriends, and my boyfriend. There was plenty of space. The area is amazing to walk around. I highly recommend and would go back. Host is amazing!

It was a wonderful place to spend time with friends. It was close to everything. It was very clean.

This is my group's sixth year renting this house for our annual retreat. It is a great rental. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group of 7. It is always super clean. David is quick to respond to any inquiry. Each year there have been improvements and upgrades and it just keeps getting better! We will be back again next year!

The house was clean, quaint, roomy. The location was in the midst of everything.

Great location with off street parking. Sofa bed on 1st floor uncomfortable. Spacious living room area.

We stayed here for the weekend, it was a beautiful home with everything you would need. We had a wedding at Abe Martin Lodge and this was a great location to be close to that plus right downtown. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My siblings gathered together in Nashville for a few days. Had a wonderful time. The house was in a great location and provided everything we needed. Would recommend staying there.

We couldn't believe what a short walk we had to see the various shops and restaurants in town. Ooey Gooey is right behind the house, for example. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable and everyone else said they slept well, also. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one VERY large area which is perfect for a group. The dining table can actually seat 8 comfortably in our opinion. The only thing some might need to know is that one of the bedrooms is up stairs that are somewhat steep since it's an older home. We didn't find it a problem but someone with mobility issues probably would. We would gladly come here again. This is a clean and well maintained home.
