The stay was great. The house is set up in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. I was amazed at how much room was available inside and out. Appreciated being able to use the garage which so many homes dont allow. Very comfortable beds! They went the extra mile to make sure it had a homey feel with the extras. The multi-port power outlets on the night stands in each room were awesome. We dont usually find those where we have stayed before.

We could not have been happier with our stay at The Nest. We traveled with our two teens to visit family and stayed 4 nights. The listing and photos do not do it justice. The house was beautifully done with big bedrooms, full kitchen, and big backyard. We grilled multiple nights. The backyard was nicely shaded to setup a small wading pool for our grandchildren and the adults were able to relax around the fire pit. As close as the property is to the airport we didnt hear a single plane. Our host checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions. On our check out we accidently left some personal items in the dryer that I immediately got a phone call to let me know so we could run over and pick them up. An amazing stay and now our go-to place to stay when visiting. Already booking our next stay! Thank you Chaney!!

My family had a wonderful stay! We were in town for my sister's wedding and didn't know much about the area. The owners left a great book highlighting nearby restaurants and shopping. Would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

Due to an out of town wedding I needed a place with several bedrooms and this was perfect! The space and layout of the house was everything I could have asked for in an easy to find location! The cabinets in the kitchen were even labeled for ease of finding things!

As soon as you walk in it is very inviting and clean! Nice, heavy duty furniture. Great mattresses and linens on the bed. Nice to have outdoor furniture. GREAT STAY! Super nice sheets. Great to have outside furniture!

We stayed for a couple of nights and were very pleased with the house. It was clean and had the amenities necessary for a great stay! The location is excellent and was fairly central to where we were going to be! The owner checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. We will definitely stay again.

House was great! We had four adults and two kids. Plenty of space to spread out. Wish it was less windy and warmer out to enjoy the backyard but it’s March so we knew we took our chances on that. The house was super close to things. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to others.

Very pleased with the whole house as in clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a four bedroom which was great as don't find many of those. Would have liked place mats for dinning table that would have worked better to use in earing. But the hosts were so great!! We asked for an early check in and then when the weather turned bad we were able to check in even sooner. What a blessing.

Just as we expected.

Five senior adults stayed two nights in Fort Smith. Very nice accommodations. We appreciated the comfortable beds. Near lots of shopping and restaurants. The fact that all TVs in the property used the same remote was a plus. We've stayed other places where each TV required a different set of instructions. Not good for us seniors! Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The place was just what we needed. My grandson was able to crawl and walk around in the house and in the yard. We had see in the listing a hot tub and playground which were not there.
