We felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we drove up to the house. We were greeted with Christmas lights and a Christmas tree. There was plenty of room for my family of six. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. We would love to come back next time with our dogs!
We had a wonderful stay. Great property and beautiful views!
Perfect for our family and two dogs. Excellent peaceful location, right next to National Forest access. The home was very clean and well apportioned. Highly recommended and we will likely be staying there again!
The location of this property is perfect for folks who want to get out into the National Forrest - that's my favorite thing about it! It is also very clean, well-maintained, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Close to hiking, snowshoing, lots of snow! we just had a great time here and made our adventure wonderful. Looking forward to staying again!
Very close to hiking and town but still felt remote.
Well furnished and comfortable. Easy access to the national forest. Quiet neighborhood. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in. I
Perfect home for our family of four. Plenty of privacy but close to the heart of Pagosa. We’ll definitely stay here again.
Location in Hatcher was great for us, we love being close to the national forest, its a little drive from town but not bad. The place was great, communication with manager was very good. An extremely well-equipped kitchen, great bedroom layout, and new carpet in those rooms. Nice floor in the main living space, back deck and backyard was very nice with good hiking right from it.
We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable home. The master bedroom was huge. Even the closet was large enough to be a wrapping room for our Christmas gifts. The kitchen was well-stocked and so was the wood pile for the wood-burning stove. We had lots of snow while we were there and really enjoyed watching people snowmobile & snowshoe in the National Forest beyond the backyard. We had to shovel the walk & driveway almost daily but there was a snow blower that made the job easier.
