Very Lovely Home with Good amenities and a Great location for downtown tourism.

This place was AMAZING!!!! I did my bachelorette trip here and the whole process was so easy and the hosts were extremely accommodating! I fully recommend this stay for anyone!!

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions that made arrival simple. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout the stay, which really added to the overall experience. The location was also a big plus—centrally located and convenient to everything we needed, making it easy to get around and explore. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The house is spacious and clean. Our book club took a trip to the Southern Festival of Books, and M&J's was walking distance to the festival. We had the best time, and the house was perfect for the 6 of us. There is plenty of space to hang out, and the bedrooms are large.

Stayed here for a bachelor party and it was great. Plenty of space for everyone, rooftop was a fun place to hang out, and it was super easy to get everywhere we needed. Having a nice grill and a Keurig machine available was awesome

Very clean, good location. Couple of items that could be improved upon - no dish rags for washing dishes, ad stated something about foam mattresses to use however instead were 2 twin mattresses which would have been hard to move & use. Not enough toilet paper, no full rolls only partial ones. Overall we thought it was the perfect amount of room for all 8 of us.

The property was as described. Loved that each room had its own attached bathroom. We had four adult couples and that was great for getting ready to head out for the evening. Short 8 Lyft ride to downtown and they were always available. Cheaper than parking and no hassles. Michael was a joy to work with, the check-in process was a breeze, and he responded quickly to any questions, plus gave us a list of ideas to do while in town. Only real cons were lots of steps and no real dinning table for 8 of us to sit around. There was counter space with bar stools and another small table downstairs and seating up on the 3rd floor deck so we had options. Would definitely stay here again. The fireworks were amazing as well.

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Nashville! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown and all the best attractions. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Music City!

Clean, well,appointed…be ready for stairs! Need a closet in the top room, or something for suitcases. Loved the rooftop patio! Kitchen was amazing. We had 8 women from ages 28 to 62..everyone loved it!

Overall, a comfortable home perfectly situated near the stadium and downtown restaurants.

We came together from several States to Nashville, primarily to see Ray Stevens. Some family did a food walk others went shopping. The property’s location was perfect for all the activities

Home was clean and spacious. When we originally rented I was under the impression it was walkable to the strip. Unfortunately it was right outside of a bad neighborhood. Everyone’s spoke to said to not walk outside at night. Outside if that it was great and we ubered
