Located on quiet Nancy Street, just south of IU’s campus, The Nancy puts you near everything: Bryan Park, Deer Park Manor, and local faves like Soma Coffee and Crumble. Whether you’re walking to campus events or exploring Bloomington’s restaurants, this spot is perfectly placed for fun and convenience.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and game room. You will also have full access to the private backyard and the huge covered deck with its hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Entry is via convenient and secure self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your leisure. No shared spaces—just good vibes.

Our three unique bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) and a hairdryer. You'll love the quirky, vintage charm of the pink-tiled bathroom with a tub and the second bathroom's vintage red sink.

Bloomington is a very driveable town, and The Nancy offers free parking in the driveway, garage, and on the street.

Local Bus: Bloomington Transit has routes around campus and downtown.
Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available.
Bikes & Scooters: Electric scooters (like Lime or Bird) are often nearby and fun for short trips.

Other things to note:
Fireplace: To help you get the most out of your stay, single-use logs are provided for the indoor wood-burning fireplace.
Entertainment: The home is equipped with a 75 OLED TV with Apple TV & Nintendo Switch, a record player with a vinyl collection, a variety of board games, books, and lawn games for your enjoyment.

No quiet hours—we love a good time, but please be respectful.
