Beautiful home in a lovely location. Amazing facilities. Great host!

Our Host left passive aggressive notes like ‘sleep under top sheet’ like we must have been impaired somehow and based on the communication, liked to monitor our every movement and listen to our conversations via the door security. I asked if the yard was secure for dogs and our dog easily managed to get over the fence in the front verandah so not so pet friendly. Exiting was exhausting with the list of things to do.

Perfect for a couple or small family accommodating pets as well. Clean, functional and chic. Highly recommended.

The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. And, for this area, very reasonably priced. The location is superb with so many beautiful attractions within walking distance - longer walks to the National Park were very rewarding However, the hot weather was a challenge because the house doesn’t have air conditioning or ceiling fans - there were stand alone fans though. I think the house would have been cooler if the lounge room windows could be opened right up for ventilation because there’s always an afternoon breeze in Mosman. Note that there were a few stairs down the the lovely bathroom. Not a problem for us at all.

My husband and I spent a week in Sydney for business and a bit of pleasure. It was a lovely home. Very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely big bathroom. Beds were comfortable. But best of all how easy it was to be in the home with our dog. Most places I've rented with my dog have a million and one rules, including the dog being restricted to a small space. Which kind of defeats the purpose of taking ones dog along. But Belinda had no such rules. I kept on reading the information sheet and thinking I must be missing something. We felt very much at home and the front garden area was secure and private. I never had to worry if he was safe or not. It was a pleasure to come back to our old neighbourhood to catch up with friends and family in such a relaxed environment.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage. Everything was ready and waiting for our arrival, including an extra bed set up, some lovely treats and fresh milk. Belinda had thoughtfully put out some toys for the kids to play with and there was an abundant supply of bathroom essentials and lots of helpful items for use around the kitchen. Arrival instructions were straightforward, parking was plentiful and the beds were comfortable. Instruction manuals were available for dishwasher and induction cooktop and we had no need to use the laundry during our stay. It was a calm and quiet street and whilst we were mostly out during the day time, the Cottage provided all the comfort we needed at the start and end of our busy days. The kids are definitely keen to visit again!

This beautiful property was super clean and we love the location. Belinda was a great communicator, love the guest welcoming snacks there were even some for our pup! Thanks for having us and would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Sydney!

My wife and I were looking for somewhere in the general Mosman area for a staycation, just for a couple of days' break. We came across Belinda's property and booked it. It did not disappoint. It is located in a quiet street. We were using all public transport, and it's 10-15 minutes' walk from the ferry (uphill, but there's a bus to take you a lot of the way), and minutes' walk from Military Road, where there are buses in every direction, including to the Zoo and Manly. The Cremorne Orpheum is also a few minutes' walk away, directly opposite an excellent Supa IGA. The accommodation is excellent, with two bedrooms (main: queen; second: double plus single). We can vouch for the comfort of the queen bed. There is a good-sized lounge/dining/kitchen area, with large screen tv (including Netflix), comfortable lounge seating, and well-equipped kitchen (including induction hob, oven, large refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is large, with separate bath and shower, plus two wash basins, and plenty of linen. Wifi is good and fast. Belinda was an attentive host. Given similar cirumstances, we would happily stay there again.
