OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Completely walled for privacy. The meticulously cared for backyard features a large saltwater pool w/ a tanning deck & integrated spa, lounge chairs, shade umbrellas, 3 covered outdoor living pavilions (one w/ an elegant daybed), a fire pit, a BBQ grill, & a fun, retro cooler to keep your drinks ice cold. There's also a Brazilian hammock nestled between the palm trees & surrounding landscape - perfect for lounging & taking in the stunning mountain views. The Modernist Retreat is is truly a vacation paradise. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. SLEEPING QUARTERS All bedrooms have been beautifully styled with that classic late 60s style. They feature gorgeous designer wallpaper, plenty of storage, comfortable, hotel-quality mattresses, & even bedside remotes to turn the lights on/off. The Primary Bedroom offers a King bed, ensuite bath & sliding doors to the pool. Guest Room 2 has a King bed & Guest Room 3 has two Twin beds (can convert to a King upon request). Both guest rooms share easy access to the bathroom in the hall.

    We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we inquired, they incredibly responsive, making the booking process smooth and effortless. The house itself was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout you could tell real care went into creating a welcoming space. It was perfect for our family of three, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to return!

    This house was the ideal spot for our family Palm Springs getaway! It is close to the main strip but still offers a peaceful retreat. The backyard and pool area were great for relaxing and dining outdoors. The host was very responsive and quickly fixed a minor issue. Highly recommend this place to stay!

    The house is just as cute as the photos, functional, and conveniently located. It has a well stocked kitchen, roomy bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, and a great back yard. The major issue for us was vacationing in constant fear of being fined and evicted (without warning!) if we make any amount of noise any neighbor dislikes. We were constantly hushing the kids and listened to no music at all because the situation felt so intense and arbitrary. Basically, Palm Springs City / homeowners are annoyed with vacation rentals so they passed an ordinance that is strictly enforced. You get a $500 fine and immediate eviction (no refund mentioned, btw) if anyone files a noise complaint. And hours you can talk other than whisper are 10am-10pm. My kids aren’t loud generally (they’re older) but it put a damper on things. For this reason I would not recommend this property to families or other festive events (e.g. girls weekend) where you may want to be outside later in the evening and swim or talk. The other more minor nit is the pool guy shows up unannounced and walks right in. It freaked me out the first time as I was sunbathing. And despite us actively using the pool, he put a bunch of chemicals in it and told us to jump out for 10 minutes.. Not a major inconvenience but overall the timing and arrival style weren’t ideal. Despite this we still had a great first visit to Palm Springs—so beautiful and so many hikes. This house is very cute and well appointed.

    Belding Bliss welcomed my four college girlfriends and I for a decadent long weekend of relaxing and reconnecting. The back yard and pool were spectacular, providing plenty of sun and shaded areas to dine and chat, float and play. The house was pristine and well appointed and all five of us were completely comfortable! We'll definitely stay with ACME again!!

    Stunning property with stunning views. Acme Properties provided a well kept, clean, beautiful rental for the five-day stay in Palm Springs for our group of six. Comfortable beds in each room. On request, we arrived to find one bed was nicely converted from two twins to a king. The neighborhood is in a great location, quietly nestled between the airport and Downtown Palm Springs. Which then allowed for peaceful morning walks. Close to grocery stores without the noise of any major intersections. We had all the amenities we needed, the home was tidy and perfect. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!!
