The Moderne Suite Downtown Balcony, Parking

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the balcony and people watching. Very simple and close to everything. The only complaint is that there is a punching bag hanging from the balcony so you feel it anytime goes to punch on it as they walk by all through the night :) Very cool spot!!

The space was really nice and clean. Location was also really nice. In the center of town and everything was within walking distance.

Balcony overlooking Main Street was well placed to watch activities and relax. Lots of shops within walking distance. Salami in the Charcuterie shop below this unit was very good.

Great place! Walking distance to all things downtown. Places we went to see outside of town were not very far. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay for a couple of days and nights. Step outside of your door and a less than 5 minutes walk to all shops. Just a few stairs up to get into the room from the ground level with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen, living room with tv, bedroom, and attached bathroom with a soaker tub and shower combo.Porch over the shop downstsairs was great to sit outside and people watch.

Overall, the Modern is on par with any of the other short term rentals we've stayed at in Eureka Springs. The location however is what sets it apart for us. On site parking and it's in easy walking distance from anything we want to visit while here. We especially enjoyed people watching from the private balcony. There's a lot to see in Eureka Springs and the Modern is a great place to stay while doing so.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway. The property was clean and was exactly as the pictures show. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. All the essentials were present. There were plenty of dishes etc... Due to property sitting directly on the main street it is loud, so if you are looking for a quiet stay you may want to choose a different property. Knowing it was on the main street that did not bother us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the people walk by. It would have been nice if the tv in the living room was bigger (we were watching NCAA Tournament). Checking into the property was very easy. One of the reasons we chose this place was due to having a designated parking spot. To us it looked like parking could be somewhat difficult. All in all, this is a great place and we would definitely stay here again.

Cute and clean. The only complaints I have are no television in the bedroom and a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our bedroom and bathroom coming from the other apartment that was attached. Location was wonderful!! Walked to everything!

Such a nice historic place. Right on historic stip, can walk to everything. It's clean and enjoyed it, but not a lot of extra perks I've been used to at other VRBOs

The Moderne was the perfect spot for our anniversary trip. The location is close to several grest shops/restaurants/bars, and convenient enough to not drive to any of our destinations. We also really enjoyed having the balcony to relax on and watch the busy Main Street!

Thus quaint little studio was perfect for my sister and I. Close to everything we wanted to do.

We enjoyed our stay. One thing that needs improvement is the wifi. It was almost impossible to watch Thurs. night football on Prime. The tv was constantly buffering.

Perfect location!! Great place to people watch. Thr hotel restaurant across the streets was the bomb!! Stayed on the veranda at the rental,, and listened to the music down the street!! It was just perfect!!

My son and I stay in Eureka several times a year. It’s our favorite place on Earth. We have stayed many places over the years but this place is now our favorite. Our goal is to always park our car and walk everywhere we go. This is the perfect location to do that. It’s a very quaint historical building that captures the spirit of Eureka. It’s not a five star hotel but that’s not what Eureka is all about anyway. Our only complaint is the wonky WiFi. It shows up/disappearsshowsup/disappears.

We loved the location and the ease of checking in and out. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. My only negative and it wasn’t that big of a deal is not having a tv in the bedroom. We like to watch tv right before we fall asleep but it really wasn’t an issue to not have that option. The location was really great and we loved that we were left a bottle of wine at check in. We walked to everything and only got in our car for a day trip to Branson. appreciated

This spot is really great and has a lot of great artwork. It is I'm a perfect location and the balcony is wonderful.
