The Modern Yellow Door Home with Beautiful Outdoor Spaces

Having 4 bedrooms for our party of 4 was very nice. The house was well appointed, albeit smaller, but we didn't really need the space. Very nice backyard with seating to hang out. Location was convenient for us to go to downtown bars and stores, but not quite close enough for walking for our party. Ubers were quick to respond to this location, though. Our only knock is that the TV wasn't working and there was only one. We were on a golf vacation and the US Open was on, so that was a slight inconvenience. If I could leave 4.5 stars, I would.

We loved the house! It was very spacious and a great location, especially if you plan on site seeing. Beautiful outdoor spaces, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms/kitchen . Our kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows and eating outside. The hosts are very nice and respond quickly. They also provide a list of coffee shops, restaurants and parks in the area. Most definitely would use them again if it's available when we return!

The house was cute and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax and enjoy time with the family. Location was close to everything! Hosts were gracious and easy to reach. They even shoveled snow for us! ?

This was our first time not using hotels and this trip was booked last minute with little time to plan. We decided to try mixing this rental with hotels for other parts of our trip and after staying here, we wished we'd just planned to stay here the whole time! It's nicely updated, and the teens loved having the downstairs to themselves. After exhausting days climbing and hiking, it was nice to come home to dinner in a crockpot we brought with us, and have multiple showers so we could cycle through showers faster than at a hotel. The neighborhood appears to be in a period of transition which made us a little nervous, but everything was fine and we'd definitely stay here again if we're back through Colorado Springs.

Our group at a great stay at the house! The space was perfect for our group, nice to have 4 queen beds. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit as well. Virginia was a great help and very quick response time. Would really recommend this property to anyone who is looking!

This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Colorado Springs. It was close to everything we wanted to do with easy access to downtown and Manitou Springs. Although the neighborhood was a bit older, the area was safe and the house has recently been updated.
