THE MINI PENTHOUSE - ETTALONG BEACH RESORT

Fantastic location and proximity to fabulous Ettalong cafes and restaurants.

Easy check in, great place to stay and unwind. Nice clean accommodation! Will be back for sure

The only thing in the apartmwnt there was only 1 very small bin available which could hold next to nothing. May need another sun bed for the verandah as there were 4 of us staying with only 3 sunbeds. Otherwise fantastic would love to stay again and recommend to others.

The Unit needs some TLC.Curtains off track,needs to be adjusted.Weeds need to be removed from Balcony,and Shade Umbrella added.Also when you arrive instead of driving around and around the Unit needs to be allocated a Parking Space as J do know what they pay inHOA fees.

I wouldn't call this a penthouse, probably terrace would be a better description as it's not a top floor apartment. We had noisey guests stomping above us which is something we thought we would avoid by booking a penthouse. There was only one teaspoon and one dessert spoon in the cutlery so not a full table setting for a family to dine in. My husband sat in an indoor cane lounge chair and was bitten by an insect on the back of the leg. When we flipped the cane seat over there was a spider's web with many bugs living in it. I dropped my phone behind the larger lounge and had to pull it out to get to it and there were wrappers, dust and dirt built up behind from not being pulled out and cleaned/vacuumed for a long time. The spa bath had filthy dirty feet marks in it, I had to go and purchase my own cleaning products from the local IGA to clean it before I felt comfortable to sit in it. We had a loaf of bread sitting on the kitchen bench overnight and woke the next morning to find mice or something had chewed through the plastic to get to the bread. The tea towel was stained. Whoever the guests were before us likely didn't wash dishes with detergent as there was food still on plates, coffee stained bottom of cups etc.The washing machine and dryer need replacing, both are very loud and the dryer smells like it is leaking oil, our clothes came our smelling like petrol after being washed and dried. Accommodation aside, Ettalong Beach was a beautiful place to visit.

Perfect for a few days getaway. So close to everything and perfect for nice walks and relaxing !

Surprisingly big balcony, great view, clean and comfy apartment.

A great place to stay and relax but would benefit from a bigger fridge as this was too small and inconvenient.
