Welcome to our comfortable and spacious home located in an historic Corn Hill, walking distance from the Genesee Riverway Trail and the Blue Cross Arena. Large groups will appreciate the convenience and flexibility of this 6-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 12 adults with 2 King master suites, 3 Queen and one Full bedroom that can be converted to 2 twins or an office.


Being just a few minutes away from Rochester Center City, U of R, RIT, hospitals and the ROC airport, this home is ideal for business or leisure travelers seeking a comfortable stay within a stone’s throw from any event or attraction in the area.

• Stocked with cooking basics (pots and pans, silverware, dish and drink ware including wine glasses, etc.) to assist with preparing home cooked meals.

• Two full bathrooms, one on each floor; stocked with essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap.

Exterior Security Cameras installed facing away from the property with your safety and privacy in mind. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has its own Air Conditioning unit. Since it is a larger home, this will enable guests to adjust the temperature to their liking to ensure optimal comfort. Must climb stairs to access the house.

    Nice property. Convenient to downtown and the U of R. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen looked new and had everything we needed. We didn't have any issues. Host answered questions quickly.
