Relaxing waterfront cottage on Irondequoit Bay

nice view, quiet, clean, and everything needed to be comfortable.

This home was wonderful and perfectly located! It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — we especially appreciated the variety of pillows. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, even with the bedroom window open. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to the Rochester area. The doughnuts were such a thoughtful and delicious surprise — thank you!

The Cottage was everything described, beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay and very peaceful setting. The Cottage was well equipped and very clean. I look forward to many more stays at this Cottage.

I am local (Fairport) but have been traveling a great deal this autumn. And now the holidays...family visits from near and far had me in a total panic. What a relief to be able to have a holiday dinner in a well appointed kitchen and enjoy our time together with this gorgeous view. Only two of us actually stayed over but they say it was incredibly comfortable and such a nice break from NYC and Philadelphia. We would love to come back in any season. Wonderful features: fireplace, stove (Wolf) views, patio. Never had the pleasure of meeting our hosts but I know they were awesome *and so were the local donuts (consumed with gusto) If the ride down to the area is a bit daunting, I say it is well worth it. We will be happy to come back.

The cottage was perfect for our stay. We were in town to visit family and this cottage provided us with a clean, fun and beautiful waterfront to come “home” to in the evenings. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunrise in the morning thru the bay window. Highly recommend.

House is clean and a little out of the way down on the bay. Everyone in the small town up the hill is super nice and we had a great time. Didn’t realize there was only 1 actual bedroom and 2 pull out couches but no complaints!

The property was absolutely adorable. We had insider info as my sister and her family stayed here once, and we were not disappointed. The cottage is nice and light, with all of the amenities needed, plus a wonderful view of the bay. Plenty of space for my husband and me, and our two teenagers. Our 18 yo son especially appreciated the surprise box of donuts - I'm not sure how the owners knew that would be such a big hit! Neighbors were also friendly. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us.
