I loved the tiny house layout. It was so efficient, and it had everything anyone would need for a stay of any length. I also appreciated that the house was close to everywhere I wanted to go in the New River Gorge area, but was away from the strip.The host was very accommodating and provided detailed information and instructions.

The house was clean, comfortable and the perfect location for a visit to Summersville, Fayetteville and Beckley. Owner was very helpful with restaurants/things to do suggestions, and made check in effortless,

Stayed 5 nights. As advertised. Clean facilities, comfortable bed, excellent shower, well stocked kitchen. Had everything needed for your stay. Outside rear deck, charcoal grill, fire pit with chairs. Centralized location for exploring New River Gorge National Park and surrounding areas. Wonderful host.

Great place to stay! It was everything it claimed it was and more! I would most definitely come back next year if we decide to do the Spartan race again. My only advice is to keep the windows closed overnight. There is a rooster nearby who thinks that 4:30 a.m. is a good time to start crowing. At about 6:30 a.m. another rooster joins in.

Super clean, easy access, great back porch for cookout and just hanging out. Amazing bathroom facilities, comfortable bed.

A tiny-house with lots of amenties!

The Manhattan Tiny Loft house was a wonderful short trip for our family. The host was very easy to communicate with, and accommodate our need to check in early to be able to go on an evening excursion in a nearby county. Very close to any needed amenities. We loved relaxing by the fire pit of the evenings. There was a mother deer and her 2 baby deer that would come out in the field near the house. Lots of activities to do nearby. Highly recommend ACE adventure water park which is just minutes from this house. We had a great time!

Perfect for our couple days hiking at New River Gorge NP!

Beautiful tiny home, close too many attractions. Tiny home was super clean and Brad had everything we needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. A perfect place to relax!Having a nice size bathroom and waterfall shower was amazing, especially after our daily hikes. We enjoyed seeing a few deer on property as well. The house was a well built tiny home with so much more space than expected! We never felt like we were on top of each other. The home is convenient, well priced, and the owner is extremely friendly and close by! We loved the availability for outdoor enjoyment with the fire ring, chairs, trashcan availability ! We bought things we thought we may need but the owner already stocked the home! The loft is cute above the main bed. The bathroom is enormous for a tiny home we loved every second of our stay!

It was absolutely amazing. The place was clean and the outside area was amazing. Definitely want to stay there again.

What a great stay- Bradley was beyond amazing and went above and beyond for our anniversary trip. The tiny house was great- had everything my husband and I needed for a weekend get away! Good/close distance to great things to do (10-20 drive to food and activities). If I could change anything I would want to stay longer! Will be back again

This tiny house is amazing! It is well organized and makes full use of every space. It was very clean with plenty of nice touches that made it feel more like a home than a rental. The outside was just as nice with a fire pit, chairs, picnic table and a grill. We spent most nights by the fire pit relaxing and enjoying the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Brad, the owner happened to be on the property working on a new unit so we got to meet him in person. He is a wonderful guy with many great plans for the place.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this area. You will not regret it.

It had everything my husband and I needed, super clean and well kept. The property manager made sure finding the property and checking in was a breeze. He was very easy to get into contact with and gave us plenty of hiking and restaurant recommendations. The property is very close to tons of outdoor activities and great restaurants. We highly recommended staying here and would most certainly stay here again.

Stayed for three nights. Cabin clean. Looks bigger in photos. Folding ladder to sleeping loft needs improvement.All good.

We had a wonderful time in the Manhattan Loft Tiny House, although it was a bit hard to find. It was more remote than we expected, but could get to groceries/food within 10 minutes. The place was clean well appointed. The only disappointment I had was the soap next the the bathroom sink appeared to be the same soap used to wash the dishes and there was no soap offered for the shower. I know a lot of people travel with their own products, but a small bar of shower soap or bottle of body wash would have been nice. We would totally recommend it.

We loved it! It was quiet and peaceful. We were within a few miles of the New River Gorge and all the walking trails. The cottage was super cute and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I took a short getaway at this property and it was great! It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel room and it was close to some amazing scenery. We will definitely consider returning!
