This grand estate once graced the cover of Architectural Digest and was home to an iconic restaurant prior to being converted to a private home nearly two decades ago. The original opulent bar is still in use and opens a covered patio area and outdoor pool overlooking buck island national park.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025This was our 23rd year visiting St Croix and a multi-generational trip. The house was perfect, very spacious and we had a wonderful trip. The owner/host was quick to reply with questions and even sent her son on Christmas Day with a spare propane tank. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 5, 2022This place was as beautiful as it was in the photos, sparkling clean and so enjoyable. No one gets shorted out on the bedrooms, as they each are large, beautifully decorated, with beautiful views and spacious lovely bathrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous and functional and the living room area is large and comfortable. The pool and porch area are lovely. The hosts were wonderful people to deal with!

Stayed Feb 27, 2022Beautiful place to stay! Air only works in bedrooms and kitchen the cooking areas have no air! If you are a TV person there’s no TV in bedrooms! Kelly was wonderful though! She offered to come and help with everything!!! Thus is a house of houses!!! It’s wonderful and did have everything we needed! Kelly allowed us to check out late! DFW was just awesome! Beware of the security….Quite times starts at 9?

Stayed Dec 12, 2021We had a great time. We really loved the bar area. Only minor compliant is that the air conditioner in the main room (living/dining) was not working. All in all, the space was lovely and we enjoyed it fully. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
