The Love Shack! Hot Tub, Great Couples Get Away!

Cute little place but overpriced for the experience comparable to other places, even on a holiday weekend. Nice short walk to the water. Friendly neighbors and town.

Love the water. Live the people. It's our favorite place to go and the accommodations were perfect!

The house is clean and cute, perfect for a couple or small family — it has a cabin-like vibe (and even smell). Communication with the owners was great as they were always quick to reply, and check-in was super easy. They offered beach towels, beach umbrella, and a BBQ pit which was great. There’s not a ton to do in Lexington, just a few good restaurants and cute shops, but if you’re looking for chill vibes and days at the beach it’s the perfect getaway. Only reco for the host is to add “Black Out Curtains” in the room, and living room. We love to sleep in and the sun had us up by 7AM each day.

We enjoyed our short stay, close to the quiet private beach and a short drive to Lexington for shopping, dining, and harbor activities.

Perfect getaway for the two of us. Kitchen has everything you would need, plenty of privacy to use the hot tub. Close walk to beaches and short drive to fun things to do. Definitely recommended.

Perfect for a quick get-away with my hubby! The hot tub was fantastic! Neighborhood is quiet and well kept, and Lake Huron (with public access) is a block away.

This little cottage is so cute and perfect for just two people. It's close to so many local places (Lakeview donut shop was sadly closed and for sale) and walking distance from the water! The hot tub is a nice touch and although its not covered and there's neighbors, it still felt pretty private/relaxing. If you like coffee/tea I highly recommend Lexington Coffee Co and for a good burger and/or good fish and chips, Lakeport Tavern is a must-their service was awesome too!! Id love to return to this place in the summer when I can enjoy the water!!

This was a cozy getaway for my partner and me. It was just outside of town which was perfect because you could see all the stars while you were in the hot tub at night.

Cute cottage for a couple looking to stay in Lexington. Quick 5 minute drive into downtown. 5-10 minute walk to beach. Very clean and great communication.

We loved exploring Lexington over the weekend and celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary! The house was cute, clean, and cozy! ❤️

The location is great and is perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed being so close to the water and the cabin has everything you need. We only had one issue and that was the bed was uncomfortable. However the property manager has been super easy to communicate with and assures me they will work to improve the bedding situation. Overall it was a wonderful place.

Just a short walk to your private beach. At least we were the only ones hanging out one afternoon so it felt private to us. An hour drive to Port Austin and several other cities and about a 10 minute drive to downtown Lexington.
