The Little house

All was great. As expected.

Host was great, very friendly. House was great and had everything you might need. Only issue we had is that the heater didn’t work, it was very cold and my kids and I froze our tails off.

Really enjoyed our stay!!!! The house is so cozy and had everything we needed! Our host was very responsive and so welcoming!

Our second stay. Our favorite place to stay in Walden. The owner was great to work with and answered my call immediately.

Close to food and stores, and nice little town.

A clean modest house. The main bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. They had a pellet stove that worked well. A minor c/o is the bench at dining table was hard. Comfy living room furniture A bonus was a bird box outside the laundry room window with nesting swallows with chicks!

We were just passing through and needed a dog friendly place. There is a big enough back yard to throw the ball. Inside is small but in excellent condition. Normally I prefer a more rural setting but noise was not really a problem.

This house was very comfortable. We are older and comfortable beds and chairs are a must. This house has both. We were glad we found this house and enjoyed our stay.

Short and sweet

Cute little house. Very close to State Forest State Park, 24 miles, which is why we booked. A few decent restaurants within walking/short driving distance. A few small additions would make this perfect: measuring cups in the kitchen, non-sheer curtains in the kitchen that directly overlooks the bathroom, and a hook on the back of the bathroom door, or just someplace to put clothes while bathing (a bench right outside the bathroom door?) Thank you, property owner, for a decent-sized tv! That is honestly part of why I booked this house :). Would stay again if in the area.

Great house and host!

My son and I stayed here and enjoyed ourselves! We snowmobiled rabbit ears and this location is only 45 mins from the parking lot. Perfect place for a group of rider's. Close to everything for sure! Thanks for having us.

Super cute place. Bathroom was remodeled and the beds were comfy. Felt like a cabin and a cute little house. Plus it’s walking distance to town.

We used this as our base to hunt in the area for the weekend. House was great and right in Walden. Walking distance to downtown. Was a great place and I will rent again.

It was fun

From the outside, this property doesn't do much to impress, but I knew that from the photos of the property that were posted on VRBO. What counted was the inside - it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again ourselves or recommend it to a friend.

Loved this house, we stay in Walden 2-3 times a year and this was a comfortable and spacious home. Comfortable beds and allowed our dog with is a huge plus for us. I will for sure be back. Owner’s communication was timely and friendly. Awesome home!
