Nestled right across from Lawson Park in the heart of Rosebud, this home is all about peaceful seaside living. You’ll be a 15-minute stroll to the photogenic Rosebud Pier and foreshore, where you can enjoy a dip, try your hand at fishing or stretch your legs along the Bay Trail. While in the area, take in the views from Arthurs Seat, tee off at one of the many golf courses or unwind at Peninsula Hot Springs. This family home comes with alfresco dining with a BBQ, a full kitchen and laundry.
Immaculately presented, this home offers the perfect mix of convenience and contemporary design. Entering the front gate, a grassy yard means there’s plenty of space for kids to play, while you soak up the crisp coastal air.

Stepping inside, the living and dining area is open plan flowing to the patio. Strung with festoon lights, alfresco seating encourages shared meals outdoors, perhaps cooking up a feast on the BBQ or making use of the fully equipped kitchen. In the morning, sip your coffee up the breakfast bar or come together around the dining table. A generously sized sofa in the living room makes it easy to kick back and relax, with a TV, books and board games provided for your entertainment.

Sleep easy in three lovely bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a sunny outlook over the front yard and comes with a queen-sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers a combination bunk bed, perfect for those travelling with kids. You’ll refresh in a fresh white bathroom, which includes both a bathtub and shower, and enjoy the convenience of a Euro-style laundry.

Garage parking is provided for one car, with an additional space on the driveway. Ducted heating throughout keeps you nice and cosy in the cooler months.
