Stayed May 23, 2024This worked out perfectly for our trip to the area. We were close to our destination for the weekend but also very close to nice local amenities that worked well for us. Very clean and comfortable property to stay at with a great view. As stated in the description, there's a number of stairs to climb but well worth it. Thank you for the hospitality!

Stayed May 5, 2023Perfect getaway for the two of us and our Standard Schnauzer! We loved relaxing in the evening with the big comfy outdoor furniture and the cool suspended chair! Splendid view for spotting deer and watching the Rufous-crowned Sparrows from the gorgeous wrap-around porch! This home was exceptional! Everything was brand new and spotless, and the furnishings were fantastic in every room! We loved the layout of the home and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and salty snacks upon arrival. We wished we had more time, but we were so grateful the owner allowed one day rentals, rather than the typical minimum 2-day stay! We have a 30 lb. Standard Schnauzer (professionally trained), which usually exceeds the limit for rentals, but this owner did not reference a weight limit and we were able to bring her with us! The host, Rando, was very responsive and answered any questions we had before, during, and after our stay! If we’d had more time, we would have taken advantage of the beautiful outdoor seating area, complete with a large fire pit, overlooking the hill country view…next time! ? We loved everything about our stay and cannot wait to go back!
