The whole property was very clean and well appointed- the back yard (tho we didn’t use it) was also clean and has a nice fence. Interior amenities are super nice- and I enjoyed the labeled light switches etc. Will definitely mark this one to return in the future!

This was our 4th time to stay at this property, and a total of 6 times in a property owned by the hosts. House is spotless and comfortable. Communication is quick and concise. It’s nice to have a place so homey and comfortable after a long day of travel.

Solid! Clean and as advertised. Family of 5 fit very comfortably. Would definitely stay again. Very close access to stores in Amarillo and the highway.

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property, with a third coming up again next week. We’ve also stayed twice at another Amarillo property with the same owner/hosts. Very clean and comfortable spaces! There’s a washer and dryer if needed. Great for families traveling (ours is multigenerational). Highly recommend!!!

Everything is as listed. We needed the place to rest for a night while heading North. The rooms are nice sized with good beds. My husband loved the art!

Interior was renovated, clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood was sketch. Activities went on through our first night that forced us to move to a hotel. We didn't feel safe.

Our hosts were awesome, very informative, quick and clear communication. The house was laid out comfortably and had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and living areas sizeable, warm, and easy flow. Perfect yard and space for the dogs! Location was convenient and there was quick access to the trail for walking. Off-street parking was nice. The second bathroom is very tight, but we all made things work. Thank you!

Nicely updated 1950s duplex. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Much larger than it looks from the street. Well stocked with amenities. Everything well labeled for convenient operation. Great value.

Don’t let the front elevation of this home discourage you…the inside is lovely. Excellent plumbing, hot water & bathrooms. Thoughtful amenities & good beds. Absolutely would stay there again - very comfortable.

Not overall appealing on the outside, but very nice inside. This is not our first time to stay here and will not be our last. Very clean and inviting place to stay. I can not say enough good about staying here.

This house was described by everyone in my party as very Cozy. We only had one night here but would have been very happy to stay longer. Very clean and nicely decorated. We also loved the layout (family room up front and all beds in the back). Hidden Gem in Amarillo.
