The Landing Spot on West Lake Sylvia

the host did an excellent job of anticipating all of our needs, from having all of the right equipment in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. to having a lit Christmas tree for us! Great location for us - close to both St. Cloud, Annandale and even Minneapolis. thank you - it was a real treat and we look forward to being back in the summer as well.

We liked all the amenities, the kitchen was great to use, beds were comfortable, air conditioning and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, the outdoor activities and sitting on the deck. We were very comfortable and appreciated The Landing Spot.

7 adults for a snowboarding trip at Powder Ridge. The Landing Place is well appointed; we really appreciated the high quality items in the kitchen.

Love this house and lake. House modern and comfortable. Good internet so my husband was able to do a little work while we were there.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Landing Spot. This property is very clean, quiet and great to recharge at. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. We brought our boat with and it was very nice to have the boat landing right there. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and while kayaking saw a pair of loons and an eagle fly down and grab a fish right out of the lake!! So cool!! And enjoying a s’more by the fire was a great way to top off the day on the lake! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

We had 6 adults in our group. This house was very accommodating, we had plenty of room to all spread out. We enjoyed the canoe, kayaks, hot tub and games! We planned a few nights out for supper, but there was so much to do we never left the property. Scott was very fast at responding to any questions we had. The house is very clean and so well stocked you really only need to bring food and clothes. We all really enjoyed our stay at The Landing Spot!

Welcoming nice stay at this Beautiful Lake Home! Very neat & clean with well stocked,& thoughtful amenities provided! Enjoyed grilled meals & eating on the spacious deck!! Another relaxing stay at The Landing Spot. This was our fourth time and as always the checkin was flawless and the cleanliness top notch. Scott is a great host and always quick to respond to any questions you might have.

The landing spot was such a great place for our family to get away and unplug. The house was clean and as described/pictured. There were things for everyone to enjoy. We have a 7 year old and teenagers and everyone had a great time. Scott was very responsive and easy to work with. We loved our stay and would definitely book with them again.
