Please note:

There are multiple levels (including stairs to the rooftop deck).

No smoking or pets inside the home.

Lake access is public but quiet, right across the street — bring water shoes if you plan to wade in!

HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
