The Lake House in Rathdrum w/ Beach & Fire Pit

Great rental for our vacation! House was clean, very comfortable beds, stocked kitchen. Only one window air conditioner so it was warm but managable. Wonderful to be right on the lake! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year staying at this house, and we had a wonderful time again. It’s in a no wake zone, which is perfect for kids to enjoy the water without the anxiety of boats speeding past all the time. The house itself is perfectly set up for a family. Thank you!

This cabin was perfect for hanging out on the dock, swimming and kayaking. Myself, two teenage boys and cousins had a great stay. The cabin is well stocked with anything that you could need.

We stayed 5 nights with 4 adults & 3 small kids & I will start by saying this house lacks nothing! Feels like a very loved property. Cute decor, vey well maintained & stocked with everything you could need for your trip. Pantry essentials, every cooking utensil imaginable, towels & toiletries, toys, games, XBox, power cords, air pumps, EXTRA SUNGLASSES! The tvs were a little old school w DVD players & VCR (which i loved!) Complete with about 100 VHS tapes & probably 50 DVDs. Not sure if they are smart tv/app compatible but i also didn’t check. I mean literally everything you could of forgotten they have some extras. Beds are comfy with tons pillows & blankets at every comfort level. Dock is perfect for fishing, swimming & boating. The beach area is clean & clear water (Kind of cold but it’s the first warm weekend in June, kids didn’t care though) Silverwood was close & so is CDL. Minimal to no bugs flying around at night which is a huge plus!! I hate mosquitoes. We stay at a lot of property rentals & this place definitely exceeded our expectations by far. This place was a super fun find!! Would definitely stay again! Also Evolve was an easy company to book & has way less fees than other sites!!

Very peaceful and quiet

We had so much fun staying over Labor Day at this property. Beautiful location perfect for little ones with shallow swimming area and a play set. We would definitely rent again!

My husband and I had a short getaway at this lovely slice of paradise. The location is quiet and convenient, and the home is tastefully decorated. The hosts provided thoughtful touches in every room and to enjoy the yard and lake - we could not have been happier with our stay.

The hosts provide everything you could possibly need. The cabin is well stocked! They even left a welcome basket with various snacks as well as another with toys for the kids, which was very nice. The beach was great for the little ones and fishing off the dock was so much fun! The only thing we were surprised with was it being advertised as having central air conditioning, which it does not, it only has a small window vented unit and a swamp cooler that did little with the recent heat wave. It was pretty hot in the cabin until late at night. If that wouldn't affect you, I would recommend the cabin.

We loved the lake house! There were tons of toys for the kiddos, and a basket of snacks in the kitchen when we walked in for guests. The lake is right in the backyard and so peaceful every morning with a cup of coffee. They had a kayak and paddle boat that we used and a dock to load from. It was very clean and modern on the inside too. Would recommend to anybody looking for a vrbo up in northern idaho!

We were especially impressed with the lake home itself. It was clean, spacious, and lots of special touches. We cared for it as if it were our own. We were disappointed at how shallow the water was, however, and that you could not dive off the dock. Plus the instructions for locking the home need to be more explicit.
