Here is a list of the best beaches you need to see while you are here:

**Clearwater** **Beach:** On Florida's western coast, you'll find beautiful

Clearwater Beach.

Treasured by locals and visitors alike, it's famous for its soft sand, blue

waters, and beautiful views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. Join in

on a game of beach volleyball or try out parasailing and enjoy a bird's eye

view of the beach. The shallow, warm waters, pristine beaches, and picturesque

sunsets make it a popular spot for families and photographers alike.

**Siesta Key Beach** : Just a short hour's drive from Tampa, you'll find

Siesta Key, an eight-mile barrier island. Once you arrive, you'll find Siesta

Beach, a revamped public beach surrounded by a 40-acre park. The beach is

famous for its white quartz sand, which stays cool despite the hot Florida sun

and squeaks under your feet as you walk across it. You'll find walking trails,

lifeguards on duty, food and drink concessions, a playground, picnic shelters,

and drum circle events on the weekends.

**Cocoa Beach:** Surfers love the calm, consistent waves at Cocoa Beach, which

sits on Florida's Atlantic coast. The shallow water depths allow you to wade

out past the breakers, so it's an excellent place for aspiring surfers as

well. Although the area is immersed in surfer culture, you'll also find

excellent parasailing, stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals, and

kitesurfing. Take a stroll along the 800-foot boardwalk that stretches out

over the Atlantic Ocean and witness one of the most beautiful sunsets in all

of Florida.

**Fort De Soto Beach:** Nestled along Florida's west coast, in the 1100-acre

Fort De Soto Park near Tampa is Fort De Soto Beach. Locals love this 6-mile,

family-friendly, dog-friendly beach, which may be why travel experts

recognized it twice as one of the state's best beaches. The majestic views,

clean white sands, and hiking trails make it a great spot for a fun weekend

camping adventure or a short-day trip. Go fishing off the pier, rent a kayak,

and explore the beautiful shoreline or rollerblade along the paved trails.

**New Smyrna Beach:** New Smyrna is more than a beach - it's a true tropical

paradise. With 17 miles of white sandy shoreline, there's ample space to

spread out, soak in the rays, and catch some waves. Swimming, wind sailing,

and kiteboarding are all popular, and with some of the best wave breaks on the

east coast, surfers will be in heaven. Offshore, a thriving arts and culture

scene features everything from art festivals to painting and pottery

workshops.

**Pet fees do apply:** They are $20 per pet, per stay and maximum number of

pets are two. **Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing pets.

The home is older and in a quiet area. My kids loved the lego themed bedding as we were staying because we were going to Legoland as a surprise Christmas trip. The legos and other toys that were supposed to be available were few and far between though. Carpet needed a good vacuuming and walls seemed dirty but could just use a good paint refresh. There is no porch light which made arriving after a full day at Legoland hard with sleeping kids and needing to use my phone as a flashlight to be able to enter code into door. The only paper towels was the half a roll on the counter, which was fine, we just bought more, but there also weren't a lot of dish towels in the kitchen. First night I was making popcorn in the microwave and when I went to get my popcorn out, I saw a small roach inside the microwave crawl into the holes in microwave. I then watched it as I had the microwave on and there seemed to be tiny roaches inside the display area on the microwave crawling around. I also saw a small roach on a dish we had left in the sink the next morning. Those were our only bug sighting. Lots of items available for use in the kitchen but only a few bowls. We made do. I did not contact the agent about anything so I cannot speak to how quickly they respond. We had a decent stay overall, but I probably would not stay here again, the carpets just really made it feel dirty, I didn't even want my kids to walk around without their shoes on as their socks would end up black.

Stayed the night at this spacious home. Easy to make dinner. Plenty of comfortable seating. Great Master bedroom. Very dog friendly with walking on the greenbelt. Great communication with management. Would definitely stay again.

We drove down from upstate NY, ended up in a little car accident which delayed us from getting to the house earlier than expected. However the house was beautiful, the location was great and the home gave us a peaceful vibe that we were looking for for our Florida vacation.

As soon as we arrived and pulled in we knew from the outside state of the home that it was going to be rough. The house was filthy, the floors were sticking to our feet, the towels had stains and hair on them, the carpets are in terrible shape and the bathrooms were full of mold and dead bugs in the tub. The bedding felt gross to the point it was uncomfortable to sleep because everything felt so grimy and dirty. We had to wash any dishes before using since almost everything we took out a cabinet was dirty. The highchair provided still had food all in the seat of it as well. It was a complete disappointment and wish we would of spent our money towards a more clean and safe environment for our children during our vacation.

Everything was wonderful and comfortable and home like. We loved the quiet area. The only thing that was missing was a spatula in the kitchen for flipping the pancakes we made.

The place is as pictured, plenty of room for us (me, husband, dog) and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is a bit far from things (11 miles to grocery store, etc.) The carpet could have used a good steam cleaning and a better vacuuming job. I found long black hair on the floor near the bathroom sink when we first arrived. We found a vacuum in the garage, but it was so clogged up, it would not pick up anything. My husband and I spent about 15 minutes unclogging it so we could vacuum up some of our dog's hair during our 10 day stay. We started hearing a chirp from the smoke detector about halfway through our stay, so I emailed our contact, but we never got a response from her. Ultimately, we were happy with our stay, but I'd recommend a new vacuum and to steam clean the bedroom carpets more often.

Very nice place, we only staid for 1 night but I would recommend this house for whatever your needs are, whether a short or long term stay. Easy check in and out process and very well clean and maintain. I would come back again if I was to spend time in the area.
