Welcome to the Lafayette Lounger Unit A. This side-by-side duplex is less than 1 mile to downtown Ottawa. This home sleeps 6, and includes a king bed, two twin beds, and a sofa sleeper. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the front porch. Enjoy movies on the 55-inch Roku TV, playing Pacman, or one of 14 other games on our classic arcade machine. There is a washer/ dryer available for use as well.

This home is a side-by-side duplex, being roughly 1000 square feet total. It offersa full-sized kitchen, with everything needed to cook a family dinner. Beautifully remodeled bathroom. We offer a king size bed and two twin beds with ample storage for clothes and a dedicated work space for traveling workers. In the living room we offer a queen sized pull out couch with a 55 inch TV, an Arcade machine with 14 built in games.

*Please note this is a duplex, you may have neighbors next to you. You may here these neighbors occasionally through the walls.*

**We are also located within half a mile of active train tracks, so there will be train noise. We provide ear plugs, a noise machine, and rotating fans for anyone sensitive to the noise.**

We love sharing our home with all our guests. However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage we will only accept booking requests from:

--Renters who will be staying during the reservation and are not booking for someone else.
