Stayed Dec 25, 2025Clean and updated home. Everything worked as advertised. Quiet neighborhood! Conveniently located off the highway and near restaurants and groceries.

Stayed Oct 31, 2025The house was a big disappointment for us. In fact, we ended up not staying there because my family did not feel safe. There were unleashed dogs roaming the streets. Three of them, including a pitbull, positioned themselves at the yard fence five minutes after we checked in. The interior of the residence is okay. The kitchen has been renovated, and is nice, but the rest of the house, and furniture, is worn. Bottom line, the tagline Jewel of Jacksonville is extremely misleading.

Stayed Feb 24, 2023Carpet was nasty, big stains on it. 3 beds without complete sheet set (needed a flat sheet). Rest of the house was clean and nice. Liked the security system and security lights. Gate to fence was falling down. Location was a not-so-great neighborhood. Was really close to Prime Osborn Convention Center, which was good.

Stayed Jan 8, 2023The inside was great, small problem for me was that there were no king beds, but the ones they had were very comfortable.. Alsii we were here for Mayo Clinic so the commute was long.

Stayed Jan 4, 2023House was just as pictured and met all of my family’s needs. Comfortable for 4 adults, 2 kids. Convenient to downtown Jax and easy drive to St Augustine.
